There is no reason to blame developing countries for their emissions, as they are right now doing, what we have already done. It is a shared resposibility among developed countries to invest in a greener future. We have the resources, highly educated workforces and the technology to develop low-cost, low-carbon solutions and spread them around the world. In this way poor countries won't become as fossil fuel dependent as we were and still are right now. As low-carbon technology becomes cheaper and more available, developing countries will get their fair share of development in a green way, not in the way we got it.. If the developed countries decide to seriously tackle climate change, the rest of the world will follow because they will have no other better choise..
