It's a great feeling. Especially when both thumbs are pressing on your palm at the base of the fingers. There's a lot of soreness in the hands that you don't quite realize and the massage does a great job of relieving it. I see your comment is 3 years old I hope you've found a good hand massage since then.

It's more like a free style so it's difficult to label the points. But it'd be safe to say the points are located same as the feet's points. The points on the big toe are reflected on the points on the thumb.
