So, advice would be both spouses have to be in it no matter how hard the times get and have to work through it together, because they will get tough... but it can just make you even stronger at the end. Think of marriage being a very rough gemstone and as you are together you are both refining throughout your years together to one day having a beautiful sparkling gem. It takes a lot of work but it's the love of your life so it's worth it.
