Arunachal: Building Owners along NH-415 in Itanagar should arrange own Parking Place - SP Capital

#Arunachal: Tumme Amo, SP Capital Complex requested the building owners of Shopping mall, hospital, hotel, offices, banks and others on both sides of #NH-415 in #Itanagar capital Complex to start looking for their own parking arrangement. Very soon Capital police will start marking places where parking would be prohibited, therefore it is better for them to construct their own parking place may be at ground floor,” said Amo.............Watch Video

I appreciate Sohum Shopping mall model which clearly followed the building near highway norms and accordingly built underground parking lodge.
In some other northeastern states also, especially Mizoram and Meghalaya, any building which is 3 or more than 3 floors have their own parking space as prescribed by their concerned authorities.
May be these guidelines and rules already available in our state too, just not implemented yet. God knows

SBI bank ko kripaya 6mile ke aas pass kahi shift karwade toh sayad thora bohot relief hoga traffic.🙏 and most awkward condition is Heema hospital's location. Authorities shouldn't have ever permitted that location to Heema.

Sir, sectors roads where going narrow day by day,most of residentials used to park their vehicle in narrow roadside either infront of others gate which is very irritating 🙄

Remove all shops in the ground floor if there is no parking space . there is no parking provision in any commercial building . They depend on road side area outside their allotted plot. Builind owners think that, Why to provide parking space where I am getting monthly amount from the shops in the ground floor area.
