I'm looking into Regina real estate, I see alot of very cheap houses in the 30k-100k range. Why are these properties so cheap? Is it their location?

Yes, location has a lot to do with it. Keep in mind our average price is only around 300k, so there is a lot of older houses that sell for cheap. That's why Regina is one of the most affordable places to live in the country.
