Coming from the motorcycle roadrace background, I can appreciate the separate rebound/compression setting but for an EUC, most, myself included, can appreciate the simplicity of one dampening adjustment knob, just make sure to choose the right spring, preload (sag) is the first thing that needs to be set.
I just tried a falcon with the yellow spring, earlier today, it sags a touch more than I’d like for 180 lbs, but it was certainly rideable. I say you need the black spring if you’re over 220 lbs.
Your videos are great, thanks. Will you make one on how to change out springs. My falcon comes end of next week and I weigh 200+. Not sure how far down I need to tear it to access the springs.
Hello, I have my new falcon but one of my shocks is leaking so I’m replacing it this weekend. When I gained access to the shock the shock could not be pulled out. Is there a trick to it? Thanks
On some of the prototype pictures of the Falcon, it has a trolley handle on the back that seems to be attached to the rear side of the battery boxes (I believe those pictures are on ewheels site..). Does that mean it will be possible to buy that kind of trolley handle and attach it? The current clasp that covers the rear light seems a bit silly to me.. Also, how come you are injured, Albert? Christine, I like that you are absorbing the info. You will be an EUC expert soon! :D
I've tried a couple different toe pads on my Patton I find the Grizzlas have good flex and compression. Factory are hard so are some other mfgs But I still keep mine one notch higher than my shoe ☮️
@@2cells1pack oh damn! Twisted one knee once, unfortunately it was the knee I already have meniscus problems with, so now it's even worse.. Hope you heal to 100%!
I've heard if it's over 20% suspension bolt action it will be leaked suspension oil. Is that sure or not i wanna know ur opinion bro. -From korea Plus im a 68kg. N I've played king song 16s around 4y n changed falcon couple of weeks ago. But its hard to turn left and right. I felt like very different wheel. So i just curious it would be helpful if it would be changed knobby tire it ? No wobble n so on..
Thanks for the instruction! Tuesday is the day!
You bet!

I think its a good concession to make also. I think many people don't determine their sag properly.

Yeah. Definitely if you're 170lbs and higher, you'll want to use the black springs
Great video, please keep them coming!
Thanks, will do!

I'm waiting to receive the springs, as mine didn't come with two options. Once I receive them, i'll make the video.
Damn im right at 170lbs, im not sure if i should get the orange or the black spring 🤔
Still planning on doing a tire change video? I wanna switch to knobby.
Good vid 👍
They need a redesign for that. should have direct access from the top.
Cheers
Yeah, it would've been infinitely better

Can some access holes be drilled in the cover for a screw driver to fit and groves cut in the turning knobs for a flat head driver?

I was riding a Lynx and got angle cut out on a berm. Twisted both my knees as the toe pad locked my foot down. Zero flex in the toe pad :(

Yeah, first time riding lynx. Lesson learned :(
Haha Slowly absorbing. Its always good to learn more 😊

I'm not sure about that, haven't seen much failures personally.
Hello, is it possible to make a speed offer that doesn't exceed the Vygod Falcon speed of 30 or higher?
speed offer?
