Innovative active cutters for a mini tractor: Installation and Testing!

In this video, we will look at active cutters for a mini tractor, which I upgraded by adding wheels, like a hiller. This is a regular attachment for a mini tractor, but with these innovative additions, it takes on new possibilities.
It is already evening, the heat has subsided, and we are ready to conduct the first tests of our device. Now I will fill it up and start cultivating a small piece of land. I plan to plant mustard to prevent weed growth. And then, when winter comes, I'll leave the area for the mustard to rot and improve the soil.
