Hello Ammy, after reading though on how to apply for this scholarship, i realized that an applicant need to provide an HAT or USAT as one of the requirement . I wanted to apply but unfortunately, i don't have that certificate. So does that disqualify me?

Are you a native English speaker? You can apply without an English test. You need to get a letter from your school stating that you were taught in English. We explained all that in the video.
