Everyday life well edited … the kid in the push chair and the old/disabled going in the opposite direction in the background. I too have noticed that when you just sit somewhere and watch a lot happens around you. Especially if it's a more popular place. "Stillness is presence."
I reckon Leon is a good place to be immobilized at. Happened to me as well. Went to physio and rested there for couple of days after struggling for a week. I wish you all the best.

Hallo Peter! die Untertitel kannst du bei TH-cam unten rechts einstellen, das ist ein Zeichen. Das sieht aus wie ‚CC‘ oder so, kann bei dir aber auch anders. jedenfalls ist es unten rechts in dem Videospiel Fenster. Das ist bei jedem TH-cam Film gleich, sonst such einfach mal per Google das wird dir dort bestimmt kurz erklärt
A great video. Very well observed and a great critique of today’s obsession with the need to be photographed. The ironic thing is you would not have made this if you were not sick. You slowed down, which is reflected in the shooting style, and observed the human zoo. It’s interesting how the woman wearing the red dress is striking model like poses for the camera-the clear influence of popular culture and social media! It appears that we may all judge everything today as a potential photo opportunity. I was reminded of your video walking into Burgos and the absence of models in that but you saw it as a potential photo opportunity too. Are you and I any different? Do you and I anticipate the Camino as a photo opportunity too? I am debating; “do I leave my camera at home this Camino”. What if I miss that great ‘decisive moment’ - a photograph it rival Cartier-Bresson! I clearly carry my fear. I home you get back on the road soon and Buen Camino.
I’ll never understand the selfie thing, but maybe that’s a generational / cultural thing. ok wrong - i understand it, but i don’t like it. as to photographing monuments, it’s kind of like holding up your cell phone during a concert: what’s the point? Then again, I am also guilty since I photograph everything that interests me (although incidentally, monuments not so much, since it almost always looks bad - you need an architecture photographer for that, and there are plenty enough pictures of them already). As to striking model poses, i’ll give it a pass… it’s what people have been doing for ages. Sure it looks silly to an outsider, but then again: no harm done. Monuments should have a ‘no camera’ policy, so people actually start looking at the thing
@@storiestellr Clearly many people have lost the concept of boundaries and respect for others' privacy. We can only lead by example and manage our own boundaries and lines of conduct. I would have gotten in front of the person and matched her movements to prevent this from happening had I been there :P)

it’s a great town, but i can’t eat any of the good stuff 😞 and it’s been a few days now, and got worse last night. i’m tired of it

I have just come out with a multi-billion dollar video game called Camino Conqueror. You can devour kilometers with Garrick the Gargantuan.
i’m all for it. even though right now I feel about as far away from Garrick the gargantuan as i possibly could. but i can strive! it was a rough night
