Happy Christmas Everyone! You all guessed last week’s surprise. Meet Myrtle, the new addition to my family. She has a big pair of paws to fill... Matilda was my soul mate and a beautiful bulldog. As many of you pointed out... life without a dog is no life at all… so here we go... a brand new adventure. Just the two of us and all of your encouragement. Thank you x

Oh Jo, Myrtle is absolutely gorgeous. I lost Molly when she was 10 and just over a month later I got Tilly, both Jack Russells. Everyone does what they feel is right for them.Getting a new puppy isnt replacing the dog who passed as they never will but it helped me and Im sure Jo its helping you. I also thought Tilly felt Mollys presence in the house for sure. xx

Bulldog pups are the best ever. Our boy still sits on our lap and he is nearly 30 kil now. I still love his wrinkles and you baby has beautiful wrinkles. We call his tale his noggin and myrtle has a little noggin ❤️. Big Tank sends his love to myrtle ❤️❤️

She's precious! I'm a big believer that everyone does what is best for themselves. I'm glad you got her! My precious Pup-pup dies on Nov. 11th. I still have a chihuahua. My chi is 15 years old. Two weeks after my dog's passing, a young cat showed up at my house. I rescued her and she and my doggie are getting along wonderfully. I'm so happy now and not feeling so sad. Myrtle is just what your heart needed. ((hugs))
