Simple Morning Mobility Routine

    This might seem simple, and it is. But it’s also a crucial foundational habit that supports my health and my goals.
    👉 I get morning light as early as I can: this helps set my circadian rhythm, waking me up and then triggering melatonin in the evening.
    👉 I do my mobility routine: this keeps my joints healthy, lets me check in on everything, and gets my find focused internally, on things I can control.
    And after a bunch of years doing this-when I’m consistent-here’s what happens 👇
    1. More alert during the day + better sleep.
    2. Body feels better, training & play is easier & more fun. Sleep comes more easily.
    3. Better sleep = more alert during the day…
    It’s a wonderful cycle. And it’s far from perfect, doesn’t always work just like that.
    But the habit sticks and gives me the best chance to create positive feedback loop supporting my health.
    Good sleep & healthy joints make so much of life more fulfilling (and easier!).
    PS - I don’t do a full body routine every single morning. I typically at least do shoulders, hips, ankles, and then vary it by the day.
    Keep the commitment small, and you’ll more easily (and enthusiastically) be able to add on 😉
