Ozmo T8 doesn’t come with the Pro Mopping System. It’s an extra that you have to buy separate. You said it incorrect.
Well, yes you are correct, it does not come with the pro system. But it does come with a basic system. It does have the water tank in the Box. It just doesn't have the oscillating Pro attachment that you have to buy separately.
From where we can get its mopping pads in India,even not available on Amazon...

I am using it for the first time but I don’t find the settings, map icon, etc... in the app?
The T8 supports the more advanced mop, I think it's called Pro Mopping System where it actually scrubs the floor. That's pretty nice.
This is the T8 max in the video with the OZMO pro mopping system. The normal T8 doesn't have a vibrating mop.

@@matobejic9830 I like the job at does vacuum wise.. I am ok with it dragging a wet cloth ( mop feature) I don't like the app... It drops the map and a bunch of other weird stuff... I really like the auto empty-- I still check it due to pet hair sticks in it

You never spoken about Suction capacity and available modes of cleaning like S Mode, Y Mode etc. You never had the courage to speak on complete product details, just mentioned on few positive things of the product. Please have some credibility factor attached to your presentation.
Is there no docking station for this ?
Buyer beware. This robot has a track record of D-Tof sensors going bad very consistently. Mine is pretty much gone and lucky me passed the 1 year warranty they offer. For the price it's not worth it, even with the mopping function which is a floor streaker btw. There is no repair for the dtof sensor, just replacement robots with the same issues going bad.
Agree we are facing exactly same issues and regretting the purchase
@@sonal157 I came up with a fix that has my robot working again. I believe the cover around the D-Tof sensor is too dark for the laser to penetrate and may cause it to refrain from spinning somehow. I cut out about a 1/2 inch piece of the shiny wall of the D-Tof cover using a drill bit (big enough for my finger to spin it manually) and it works again. Whenever it gives you the d-tof error, just spin the laser with your finger and it'll work again. In the past 8 months it's probably given me the error twice which is a rare occurrence. Note: take the D-Tof cover off before drilling into it. I hope this works for you as it has worked for me.

I think so, I was afraid of the laser getting damaged when the robot would go under furniture since it spins.

Very true! Its just the fact that this is with you 24x7 and fits in your pocket haha
@@ProductNation I don't understand. Can I use the app with the robot if there is no wifi in the room the robot is cleaning?
I had a long comment written and got knocked off, but suffice it to say I can't reccoment this product for the following reasons
Can't vacuum carpet with black borders
Can't vacuum black or very dark flooring
the official fix is cover the drop sensors with painters tape,
I bought the Pro Mop attachment, does a decent job but gets trapped all the time
no mop zones are ignored
Mapping features are very subpar, it will show rooms outside the sliding glass doors and you can't edit them out
Can't add custom names for rooms
Get's lost heading home frequently
Forgot to mention, luckily I bought it a Costco so bringing it back won't be an issue and they don't carry it anymore, I wonder why

You can buy the pro mopping system for the T8, T8aivi and T8+ for around 60 dollars extra though online.
It's the worst buying decision i ever made. Dtof sensor has been not working since day 5 of use. Been in touch witg incompetent tech support and customer care teams since last six weeks and NO solution. They ll make you go in circles asking to clean the sensor, map again, clean again and it again goes wrong!!!!!

Very disappointed you didn't take a minute to demonstrate the mop function whatsoever or actually demonstrate what you described. Pointless without demo.
This machine scratched my wooden floor to pieces!!! The caster wheel is made out of hard plastic. Very disappionted!

i own this robot. The port to auto-evacute the dust inside the bin is too small. Therefore, be prepared to empty the dustbin yourself EVERY TIME. Other then that, it works good. FAIL FAIL FAIL🤮😡
The only thing I could know through the video is that your English Accent is very near to that of Briton’s & American’s, no matter it eclipses the real subject. You are more interested in impressing the audiences by your swag than by the product you are demonstrating.

I bought the deebot after watching this video. But it is a pathetic product. Mopping and mapping do not work. *Do not buy.*

Dont buy this company products. They will start going bad after few months of usage and then the support is zero. I have sent my deebo for repairing. I have paid 15000 and still after 3 months product ia not back to me. This is Chinese products at US electoral price. Pathetic after sale service.
