Love Sierra Nevada at 4:24! Great food and really solid beer. Plus just a great place to hangout on a nice day (if it isn't over run with people) because there's a wide array of places to hang out on the property.

I don't know if you have these in the US but here in Germany we have Schwalbe vending machines for tubes, like these old style cigarette vending machines. You could reach out to them and maybe they'll provide you with one.
I was in Denmark last summer, and there was a similar setup located in the Center of Aabenraa. I took my disassembled bike straight out the back of my car and assembled it with the tools in the stand. I was expecting to have to assemble the bike in my hotel room like I did so many other times. It was great and I was so surprised this could be there without anyone stealing any of the tools. (There was also a public tire pump right next to it)

Recommendation. Only use the sono for above grade and slightly into the hole. Ex: 2 foot deep hole, fill with 18-20” of concrete and then place a 6” tall piece sonotube on top, fill the rest with concrete. When you place the sono tube all the way down and then try and pack dirt in back around its a much more loose fit then if the concrete can directly bump up to the unmolested, still compacted dirt, and you save sonotube, which is sorta expensive. Park looks great BTW!!
Ohh man I remeber when my city added some of these around town. Out of seven, two lasted more than five months; one near a bike shop and one near an upper class cafe. Everywhere else, pillaged almost day one.
We've had those repair stations around the trails in Bentonville for a long time now and I can't recall ever seeing a missing tool. Hopefully it's the same there.
I think the tool theft issue is similar to Bibles in hotel rooms. The people that put them their ultimately don’t mind them being taken. If you need/want a Bible badly enough to steal it, they are glad for you to have it. Same thing with trail tools. If your need for a tool is so great that you must take it, good luck with whatever difficulty you are having. Of course there are straight up vandals, but you can’t thwart every problem. Love how the trails are developing!

Great idea, wish I could ride at Berm Peak someday, I'm sure they're will be lots of eyes looking at the repair stands to keep an eye on them during the day 🚲
to help avoid rust at these staiton you could put like a gazebo sort of thing over each one though costly potentially it would make the tools last a lot longer from the outside conditions.
And me! No idea 🤷🏻♂️ of the weather there but I wondered is sunlight could be reflected through the glass igniting material below. It might be too high off the ground though! Boring aren’t we 😂

Hope you have better luck than Duluth. Spirit Mountain (that you rode and wrenched at) has one of these stands. Almost all of the pricier tools disappeared already and they won't replace them...
