3 Small Onion (or 2 Medium Size)
2 Potatoes (Big Size)
3 Big Spoon Mustard Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Hing
5 - 6 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1/2 tsp Salt (with Potatoes)
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 +1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala

And adding bindi

I tried this recipe exactly as explained and my dish came out very well! For the first time I liked the integration of aloo and pyaaz into bhindi. Otherwise I usually like my bhindi plain without any add-ons.
