I wish I could say the same but I'm still not a fan of infinite warfare. Only thing I found enjoyable was it's story mode. Possibly still the best in the series.
IW was a diamond in the rough it was a great all around game the campaign is top 3 in the cod series. The zombies told a great story. All around a great game people just didn’t want to give it a shot.

I think people like you have a lot of influence on gamers and what they like and dislike. When you ranked this game as bad years ago. Lots of gamers took it to heart, and actually never touched it. Unfortunately with the steep learning curve and taking away the “camping” strategy with aerial assault was not everyone’s cup of tea. The game was innovative with its map and weapon design. So I hope now that you can edit your COD ranking and put IW higher on that scale.
IW somehow became one of my favorite CoDs. I hated BO3's movement, was tired of futuristic settings, and was really hoping for Ghosts 2. I really only bought IW for MWR, but the campaign looked pretty good, and I do enjoy space and scifi settings so I gave it a try. Was immediately hooked on the game and grinded the living hell out of it. First time I got a nuke in CoD since MW2 with the F2000. First time I ever grinded for a mastery camo. I unlocked everything in the game, even everything in the supply drops, without spending a dollar. Sucks that you got the R3Kage because it's only useful for XP grinding. There were a quite a lot of really unique variants that, although were quite gimmicky and not good, were really fun to use. IW had quite a bit of DLC weapons, and they were all free. Especially after AW and BO3, it was so nice to unlock DLC weapons via challenges or immediately if you had the season pass. Variants weren't P2W either. Most epics were just gimmicky weapons that were unique but sucked over the base variant or common or rare variants. There were only a couple of Epics that really stood out statistic wise, but they were difficult to use so you don't see them very often.
If this was released as anew cod with a campaign that linked to warzone it would probably do better than Cold War did as in multiplayer cos the last advanced movement multiplayer was ages ago
it's just poor timing after 2 advanced movement games in a row, If it was released instead of AW or Black ops 3 then it wouldn't have received that much hate back then
@@skyrrmish868 Not entirely true, Infinite Warfare in the grand scheme of things compared to Bo3 was much better since it has one of the best campaigns in the franchise, Decent multiplayer and really fun and unique zombies mode for non treyarch game. Compare that to Bo3's horrible campaign, good zombies and decent multiplayer that was carried by the killstreaks and specialists. Infinite Warfare has pretty much more positives than negatives compared to Bo3 in this regards
like it, running speed was too fast for me, they fixed every problem that ocurred, like afks in infected, literally 80% of lobby would be afk,, they fixed that quickly. Mad props for that. When they intrroduced the encyclopedian laser rifle I fell in love with game, plus infected was mad great. Love the game and maps
