I would love to see you do the “lazy gradient” with these polishes, Cristine showed it on her channel often before the release and it’s actually the reason I bought the collection. The neon green that comes from layering the blue and yellow polishes is sooo stinking cute and unique. I wanna do Nickelodeon slime nails when they grow out again.

The local VCR movie rental went out of business a few years back and were selling their movies for five bucks a pop! A friend and I went in and bought $200 worth of VCR movies. Unlike CDs, they don't skip or get dirty just like cassette tapes for music. Terrific packaging and the colors look GREAT!

I love nail polish. But I hate the dry time. The first coat dries fast, but it always seems like the second coat reactivates the first. So by the time I top coat it takes an hour to be fully dry. I can’t sit still that long. I usually sandwich between gel base so the second coat dries just as fast as the first.
Cristine should do another eighties or ninties vibe using 90's sitcoms as her next color vibe, like Friends could be a multichrome color,Seinfeld could be an orange color, and so forth.

I feel you so hard, unfortunately I wanna change my nails way too often for gel to work for me, along with the damage I do removing them impatiently. If you ever wanted to try regular polish again, the two tricks I learned were *thin* coats, and sit in front of a fan after each coat. Two thin coats dry much faster than one thick coat, and the fan also makes a big difference. I’ll usually apply 3-4 thin coats for full coverage on opaque colors and it comes out way better than trying to do two thick coats and waiting way longer in between (if it’s too thick and not fully dry before the next coat it’ll just stay soft and easily damageable). I’ve cut my drying time In half. I pick an episode of a show or a 30 minute TH-cam video for each layer so I don’t have to touch anything, paint a coat, sit for 10 minutes between coats, and sit for a solid 15-20 for the top coat cuz it’s usually thicker. That’s the only way I’ve been able to make it work without fucking it up.
Hello, I need advice on a nail problem. I was adjusting myself in my seat and the nail on my thumb blew off and took the tip of my nail with it. It was a month old mani so I shouldn’t be surprised. Anyways, it didn’t bleed but it’s very raw and it’s painful so if you have any tips to help it to calm down. Also it’s my birthday this week and I wanted a new set but if I need to let it heal that’s what I’ll do. Thanks in advance!
We don’t want to add products to any wound or open soar. I’m glad it didn’t bleed. Sounds like you’ve ripped off the hyponychium. That is the super sensitive skin underneath the fingernail seam if you will. That could be very painful. Without seeing it I really couldn’t advise putting anything on top of it because it sounds like it’s bare skin. But if you have a competent professional in your area, ask their opinion, at least they’ll be able to see it.

If you applied Holo taco nail polish and let it cure completely as in dry, you can topcoat it with a gel topcoat, and you will get a longer where out of it
My problem is that I can’t sit still for long enough for each coat of polish to air dry without smudging it. No matter how thin I apply it and how long I sit I get smudged manicures. Then it chips in a day. Polish just doesn’t work for some people. I have tried so many times but I just can’t accomplish it. I turned to CND shellac which is in my opinion the most gentle “gel” polish system. I would also love a HT gel or shellac collaboration.

You don’t have to buy the bundle in the collection box it has become more of a collectors thing really, people actually put them on display. If you just get the normal bundle it is less packaging but still transport safe. I don’t think you’re basing this on much facts apart from a collectors edition you’ve seen, simply is pretty open on her faqs and I’m sure if you voiced this opinion nicely she would respond to your question in one of her q and a’s. Also, these are jelly’s, not standard polishes, maybe not a formula you are used to so that could explain your opinion of the “mediocre finish”
My friend ran a video shop back in the early 90s people would bring thee tag up and we would pull the closet from where we had it where thee reason why it was done that way and the cassette tapes weren’t left in the boxes on the shelves was so it prevented anyone from hijacked these cassette tape 📼off the shelf so all there was on thee shelf, was thee empty cassette box on the shelf so you would have to grab thee tag that was just below where the empty box sat on the shelf an bring it up and then we would check you out with the cassette tape and we put it in a plastic cassette case along with you had a certain time frame to get it, returned back, or you would be feed for not bringing it back on time and how we inventoried everything was in written down by hand and the only thing that was digitally done, was being rung up with a old-school cash register back then🫶🏾👊🏾🤣😂😛 brings back memories, rotary phones, be burrs, etc. I had gotten so many things back then from my family. Specially, my grandparents bullying me I wish I had all that because I would have a nice vintage collection by now #NailCareerEducation

You'll be floored at all the combo/layering possibilities. Yellow/blue = lime green etc. The lazy blending. Adding other toppers.

This was a blast from the past! But I noticed when you go to correct the mistake you made I see that you also take some product off of your nail 😧
