That’s an interesting way to put it. The way I learned it is to literally throw your weight over so that you go over the bars. With this mentality you kind of have to force yourself to pick up the rear wheel.
Bruh I learned it by slamming on the front brakes while standing on the bike and now I can’t do it without brakes but I can do a stoppie by just standing on the bike slamming the front brake then leave the brakes on but just a tiny bit
@@softcolly8753 yep bmx/hardtail doesn't require the downwards preload but without it you wont get a lot of air out of an enduro/downhill bike because the suspension will just suck it up
That’s how it feels to begin with. But if you film yourself, the reality is, you’re probably nowhere near over the bars, what you’re experiencing is just going out of your comfort zone.
how much of rear travel that bike have bc rear shock has 55mm of travel but Marin says it only has a 130mm travel and now i dont know how much travel it really has so can you help me please?
Bro can you give me your marin MTB please can you deliver it if it is possible so deliver it to me I am not having bicycle and a like to do rides please deliver it to India thanksBRO😊😊😊
Not true, what he is doing is literally a bunnyhop, which is when the front tire comes off first then the rear tire. A hop where Both tires come off the ground simultaneously is called an English bunnyhop.
Thank you so much for posting this vid, you helped me get both wheels of the ground , you are helping me so much and have a true skill in biking
My best tip is, doing an Endo, without the brakes. Works every time. Just think, you pressed the brake, and lift that wheel

This vid helped so much
Thanks! I can do bunny hops like u now
getting both weels off the ground is super easy. getting a really bunny hop with this shape is what is tricky.
What bike do you use
And where did you get is from
Marin rift zone 1, it's 1399$
Just go on their website
Bro, I titled the pedals downwards and ended up hitting my shin with it 💀
No pushing forward / down on the bars after the front wheel is up?
Yep that tutorial kinda sucks. Its normally going down to compress the suspension->going back to pop a manual -> jumping up and doing the bar scoop
@@notparanoid912 meh, I was bunny hopping a BMX at 10 years old. No suspension involved.
@@softcolly8753 yep bmx/hardtail doesn't require the downwards preload but without it you wont get a lot of air out of an enduro/downhill bike because the suspension will just suck it up
Can you do on hardtail?
No one seems to mention the fact that you have to push your bars away from you at the same time that you pull up on the pedals.
Thank you bro now I know how
Tbh you helped more than the video

Thanks
Can you do it with a hard tail?

Yeah, it's sketchy a bit at first, but along as you stay connected to those pedals, you're fine
