    This beautiful videos really help the ones that we are attach to the Hebrew roots and learn that we must celebrate in The month of Nisan, in the explanations in videos no one specifies if the dinner is the 14 or 15 until when and how to close the Passover and shabbat,so if you decide to add that information that would be wonderful, also some add videos of the Passover celebration, if you happen to know who is that that has a nice video with prayers and the whole celebration please let us know

    Is it possible that you could say what the meanings behind each ofnthe items on the table are please for those of us who are not ofbthe Jewish faith ? You have a plate with an egg and herbs etc. It would be lovely to know their significance as a Christian. Thankyou x

    • @reflectionsinthebible3579

      The egg has not biblical significance. They say it represents new life or some say it represents the sacrifices made. The egg is likened to easter which neither has anything to do with the Bible.

    The only thing is, the egg is not anywhere it the story. Neither is the salt water or just a shank bone... Most of it has meaning but the egg just doesn’t as it doesn’t relate and is not in the story.

  • @haydenleven8504
    @haydenleven8504 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    There is a lot wrong with this especially making up words as well as incorrect traditions and Seder. Where is the cup for yachatz? Will your husband do the fast for the firstborn? Did you kosher the kitchen, and house? It is haggadot not haggadas, symbolisms is not a word.

    • @ilanasheinberg3910
      @ilanasheinberg3910 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      What a hater! Family traditions are priceless! Yachts cups stay in the kitchen until needed and filled with water from the sink...no need to have it on the table. This video is about a Seder table, not the cleaning, kashring, fasting etc. Marion has a topic, and that’s not it.
      And Haggadas is a totally valid plural of Haggadah!
      Chill out and quit the hate

    • @brush2canvas849
      @brush2canvas849 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      There are no right or wrong traditions! What you find acceptable very much depends on which branch of judaism you identify with. Also some of the things you're missing have been addressed in Marion's talk with Rabbi Greenberg. He also makes the point that you only need three things on the seder table: matzah, bitter herbs, and a stand in for the sacrifice, usually a bone. That's it. Now we only have to turn up at the table and somebody has to ask a question. So yes, chill. Pass over is meant to be a joyous affair.

      Looks like who ever has so many questions is confused. I love my old Maxwell house hagada. I old school. I don't like to change what my grandfather taught me that his grandfather taught him. Go back 30 times or so and that was the generation that literally left Egypt. Once I have kept the tradition Now the fun begins. I make mistakes for my children to catch like pouring salt water in to my kidish cup. I put jello pounder in my glass cup. And when we get to the 10 plagues I pour water it turns red like blood. My oldest daughter just asked me for ketchup. I know she is up to something. I hope it's not going to be messy. I throw at everybody 2 colored marshmallows and call it hale. The sky is the limit. But whatever I do. We have to finish the AFICOMAN by midnight. For that is what my grandfather taught from his grandfather. I just wish I had a glass slipper and maybe even pour some wine into it just to throw the kids off. Injoy your sader! And may Moshiach come this year and Elijah end his nazarite and drink from the cup already. I'm getting tired of shaking the table and saying look some is missing.

    • @reflectionsinthebible3579
      @reflectionsinthebible3579 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Torah doesn’t actually say anything about fasting for the first born. That is man made tradition.
