Pick the ones that really resonate with you, and then put them into a play list (as I mentioned above), and then while you're listening (in the car, while working or cleaning), repeat the words in your mind. If you are working on something else, it is still good to have them playing on very low volume in the background, because you will still be absorbing the words into your mind. I like to set an intention, like "I am open to allowing these words to become my reality", and then go about my day listening when I can. I see huge shifts in my overall well being when I listen daily, like I become more positive, more happy, more loving and understanding towards others, and things seem to just work out for me. So yes, definitely has worked to change my life for the better 😊😊😍
