Clematis Street RR Crossing Malfunction

I heard the bells ringing as I got out my car and thought a train was coming but upon my surprise, the signals had been malfunctioning for a solid hour someone told me. Testing my theory that it just might be a gate that hasn't fully risen up, that proved my claim and the signals deactivated.

That’s happened to a few railroad crossings I’ve done that too The traffic light never turn never turned green. The crossing was malfunctioning and noticed one of the gates was not fully up then I got out and pushed on each and every one until the crossing turned off

Just had to push the gate up for the gate to slip into the hold clear position. It’s basically a ratchet. Once it clicks, bam! Off

Hey bbt if you push on the counterweights it will click but a few activations later I will do that again so it’s best to call a maintainer.

Well it did solve the issue, the gate was not up in the hold clear position to where the ratchet can click in to hold the gate up
