Treating a burmese python with a respiratory infection

2 years ago my burmese python was down with a respiratory infection. I was treating him with a Trimetroprim- Sulfamethaxosozol solution injected into frozen thawed mice every other day for 4 weeks. This worked great and he's been fine since then. I recommend this method vs injections if your snake is not refusing food.
