TN W it quite clearly does from the video. Which mode do you have? It may be that it’s only the 40 tsfi vehicle that has it. If you have the 1.0 or 1.4 litre I doubt it will have launch control. To activate, dsc off, gearbox sport and in dynamic. Brake and accelerator
@@Thomas-qj6gi it does, put the car in dynamic with the gearbox in sport with the engine mode in dynamic an you press the dsc off from there break and accelarator.
Best looking car in the segment. I love how low / planted the car is. It really feels like a capable car for cornering too with that profile. Polo looks awful imo.

TheEryk You’re not quite right. This Audi is technically identical to the VW Polo GTI mk6. Its the same car besides the look. The Lamburgini is unique in its Way.

Brilliant video. I expected more ps tho. Good 0 to 100kph time. Kia and hyundai doing 200 ps from a 1.6 tgdi. But this is half a second faster,lighter,more torque

People say this is just Polo, so what’s exactly about it is from Polo? The chassis? How about the engine and so on?
The engine, and the base - the chassi is from audy and some stuff from the interenior is form VW too - but you have more stuff in the audi like the big touch screen (its from the A6 and A8). I bought the Audi and Im very happy with this car. =)
it looks nice, but 50k and you get a manual parkbrake, cloth seats and no panoramic roof.. that's not right
why dont put this motor for the new audi a3.... i meam the a1 is ridiculous

A1 has 90 Nm more torque. But I forgot that Suzuki is "lying" about Swift Sport, it actually has 160 HP and 260 Nm (before 2020), so only 60 Nm less than A1 2.0T
First off all we can clearly see quite a lot of wheelspin, secound off all this A1 as a premium brand weight almost 400kg more than the Swift Sport.
And still is quicker.
@@TheEryk03 PDrive is doing many attempts with different methods to get the best result. They are not stupid to measure acceleration with a lot of wheelspin. What you see here is demo footage. Or maybe it was the best what they could get from this car although front lsd on board. Weight difference is 355 kg, quite a lot. But again - A1 has much much bigger engine and very fast dual clutch transmission. I would expect much more from a premium brand, not only being slightly faster than budget Suzuki.
@@4x4.tests.on.rollers half a sec is not slightly. This engine gives to much torque to send it only for front wheels.
Maybe tires also were not too good.
And i dont get why you are crying so much if the A1 is still quicker.
Premium brands are alweys full of expensive equipment that add weight not performance.

Golf R is another 8-10k before options I believe.. Golf GTI Is at the 50k mark.
@@jessek9985 Maxed Audi A1 is about 54k. Golf R 64k optioned, 54k~ on road if spartan. A well specced (but not maxed) GTi is about 56k. To clarify all pricing I mention is on-road cost before negotiations.
If you want a small fun car save yourself 20k and get a fiesta st. You’re right about if you going to spend this much on a car may as well spend a bit extra for the golf r

Coenraad Lourens, I just saw a video which a Golf R with 10k miles had carbon build up on the intake valves. It’s a costly procedure to fix and isn’t covered by warranty.
