Hi, i'm from Czechia, you described Czech Easter pretty well. In my family, we don't eat lamb (meat), but we also bake Easter lamb. I'm girl but i still love Easter, mostly because a lot of friends come to our house. It's really nice meeting, some of them i haven't seen long time. Yes, they beat me with pomlázka but that's only for few seconds, you hold it out (usually they don't hurt you properly, they are kind). After that, they sit down, chat with me, eat or drink something and after aprox half hour they leave and go to other girls. It's not as bad tradition as it sounds😄
