Don't worry, bro. Even a believer sometimes becomes an atheist when he/she loses their faith. So you can be a believer. The difference between believing and unbelieving is only paper thin.
My faith in the Lord got me through all the tough times that I faced in grade school, high school & college. I truly believe that my faith is what helped me keep my conscience clear & my innocence intact, no matter how ugly things got. Looking back on it all, I finally understand that pure & honest faith is the only shield that can repel even the strongest peer pressure.

It's a clasical hyn from the 19th century used by many Churches. If the Westboro uses it it'd not be a surprise, but its not really a song we shoudl exclusively associate with them.

Such a terrific song with an amazingly catchy rhythm. When I convert to Old Catholicism after I graduate high school, I hope this song is on the playlist for worship hour at the church I attend. Catholic churches only ever use a piano for playing hymns while Catholic cathedrals will use a pipe organ taking up the entire front section of the building. Too bad the Westboro Baptist Church had the nerve to almost ruin this song by playing it at the beginning and end of Fred Phelps' anti-gay rants against people who least deserve them.

I have to say I prefer a faster pace and a cappella. It was thrilling to sing it like that in the Church of Christ over 50 years ago.
