Every Wednesday at 7pm Pastor Spell teaches an informal, hour-long Bible class at El Magey on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA. Students are welcome to ask general or in-depth questions about the Word of God. This is part of the study from September 23, 2020.

Would this be a true statement? If not, what would i need to change? "Pastor charged with 6 counts for holding church services 6 times. Church is considered non-essential. Home depot, walmart, liquor store and abortion clinic and many other businesses are all essential."

In Matt. 16:18 Jesus thou art Peter. The Greek is Petros: small stone. Then Jesus says upon this rock in the Greek Petra an foundation size boulder or rock. I believe Jesus points to Himself when He said upon this rock I will build my Church. Brother Spell is Correct. No where does the NT speak of Peter being the rock, that always speaks of Jesus.
Praise the Lord, Bro. Spell. I agree. I wrote just that on an application for teaching in a Christian School. It was a question on the Godhead. I pointed out that the only person of the Godhead is Jesus. A person is flesh and bone. The Holy Spirit is in Jesus Fully! He is the express image of the invisible God, the only God we will ever see, sitting on one throne. Needless to say, I did not get the job.

God did not judge the world In Gen 1:2 , and in Gen 1:1 there was no people and cities , Adam was created on the 6th day, and in the days of Noah, 8 people were saved by water. This is the same earth and the same heaven that God created in the beginning in Gen 1:1. Look back in 2 peter 3:5 for this they are willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water . Verse 6 whereby the world that then was , being overflowed with water perished. Put verse 7 with it, But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word (gen 1:1) are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
