Awesome job as always. Some of them banks were almost to much indeed. But your tractor and blower combo did the job as expected and the best part is the heated cab. I'm pretty sure all your clients appreciate what you do.
It be interesting to see if we in the UK get our Snowmagedon storm this coming week? The inept UK Met office quite often fall very short on its weather predictions! But combined with a more inept Media,we're already getting doomsayer predictions of the UK coming to a halt and being buried underneath mountains of snow! More likely a couple of inches of very wet snow that melts as soon as it hit the ground. But keep the videos coming Mark, always a pleasure to watch and an enjoyable watch.
Sometimes you have to bend the shoot over instead of going full open as the wind is taking the snow where you cleared at the start .also put up the drift wings it helps with the windrows and side banks .
@@markwholbrook Pulled mine out today, broke a shear bolt before it came out a full tractor length. Got the drive half done, broke another, parked it in the shed, shut the door. To hell with it.
have tried a plow? or does your tractor just spin wheels with a plow? mine did until I got a larger tractor. I hated the snow blower, always blew back in my face
You're doing a great job in your snow clearing, but.....I'd be lowering the discharge chute tip to offset the amount of the fine snow blowing back at you. No real reason to blow it all sky high all the time, I know you're within a cab. I know that's your process/technique.
I do not have a tractor mount snowblower, but I have been blowing snow with a big walk behind blower for 40 years. Wind direction and proximity to objects always dictates how I direct the blower discharge chute, seldom do I ever feel the need to try to discharge the snow into the next neighborhood...😉
Mark, I just want to comment like @archangel729 did. If you bend (lower) your chute on your blower just a little bit when you are doing most of your snowblowing, you will not get as much blow back from the snow and the snow will further and I think you will do a better job as you will not see as much blow back on what you just did. Give it a try. Nice video's and tractor setup. Curt.
@@chiefkyle1098 then he needs to start on the far side and work his way in the direction he is blowing.ie if he is blowing to the left do not start in the middle or left side and work right start on the right side and work his way left.
This really shows what your snowblower is capable of in exstreme conditions. Well done heck of a machine you got.
Thanks

Yup it was a big job
almost time for the drift cutters Mark!
I know I have some but I haven't put them on yet.

Ok I'll 5 that thanks
Agreed. Kick the chute opening down will prevent wind from drifting snow on your window and work.
Hi! Mark, do you have an HST or Shuttle shift type transmission? I noticed you shifted on the fly going between clients?
I have a hst it is great
Yup, nothing as fun as taking a 6k snow blower attachment and grinding rocks with it. Been there done that.
yup no fun

I need a blower or I run out of places to put snow. My cab keeps me warm as I blow snow
I’d prefer if you dusted off the snow on your tractor first. I like the color orange. Thank you.
I can do that
what RPM's are you working at?
I use the smart display to keep my blower at about 500 rpm.
@@markwholbrook seems a little low to me but whatever works for you is right

I know I need to blow some snow easy away from me so that's why I blow it so high

why are you blowing snow over what you already plow?
Because the owner wants me to

Better than plowing unfunny. It's called blowing, btw.
grand Rapids Michigan our firsr winter storm warning
Cool you need more snow
We just got hit with a foot and half of snow
Cool we could use a big snowfall like that
Friendly reminder, make sure you and your tractor are legal when traveling on public roads, license, insurance and registration, good luck . 😊
Ok I will
