Hubelino Marble Race 2018 - E6 Relay Race

- The 6th event of the Hubelino Tournament 2018!
The Relay Race is conducted as a tournament-style bracket, with an additional consolation round for 3rd place. In the event, two teams have all their members on the track, each moving through a series of slaloms and seesaws before bumping into their next teammate. On the anchor leg that is the fourth marble of each team, both contenders move through a much longer series of curves in the track before crossing the finish line. The team that finishes the course first advances to the next round of the bracket while the other is eliminated.
The Hubelino Tournament uses various products from the Hubelino toy company in Germany, which makes various building bricks and marble tracks that are compatible with each other, some of which can even be seen in the Marblelympics!
As for the tournament itself, it exclusively uses Hubelino products and marbles which are divided into teams that compete in various events like the Swing Wave and Funnel Spin, earning points based on their performance. After eight events, the team holding the most points win the championship!
Hubelino is available at most major toy (web) shops like Amazon.com. However, please watch out for fake imitation products! Hubelino building sets are recognizable with green packaging.

The Bumblebees really need to get a new first marble. Their poor anchor is having to make up for lousy starts every single race. He’s amazing, and the rest of the team just isn’t holding up their end, ESPECIALLY the first one. Really hate to see such great talent being wasted because it’s surrounded by mediocrity.
