NEW METHOD for purification of honey and simultaneously, removal of the honey directly from the extractor to the container. The feeding channel is placed on the side of the separator. the tapiping cock of the extractor cam be placet above it. By centrifugal force, the honey will be transported upwards into the separator cups, which are suspended in swings on the vertical rotating shaft. In each separator cup, there will be a bed of honey. Since wax and other wastes are lighter than honey, these impurities will come up to the surface of the honey bed, to form a compact crust, which can easily be skimmed of when se[parator has stopped. The purified honey in tapped off continuously from a ring formed channel, at the top of the separator.
Separator has a low power consumption and operates at a low speed, there is almost no noise at all. All parts that get in contact with honey are made from stainless steel. All surfaces that need to be cleaned are visible. About 200-250kg can be purified before separator has to be stopped for removal of wastes
