This has to be one the best interviews of an artist I've seen and I'm someone who grew up in the culture of Oprah who gave these deep and profound interviews and I feel that Zane is in that same style of interviewing that I appreciate a lot. SZA is a profound artist whose honesty here is quite compelling and beautiful to watch. I admire her even more after watching this. From her talks about anxiety, to her style of writing, to connecting with her fans, to the importance of communicating and personal growth. I appreciate what she's shared with us and continues to share. Love her and looking forward to the deluxe. Much love to you SZA.

A young person having to work out all your insecurities, emotions and anxieties in front of the public while also trying to create art must be exhausting. Some people just ain’t built for it and shouldn’t feel like they have to be something that they are not just to be heard. Hope she can stay strong, keep good people and energy around her and continues to mature and grow into herself without self destructing.
SZA is such a real & genuine artist and this interview definitely backs that up. Wow she speaks from such a deep place. And she radiates. I feel like i'm looking at a glowing aura, as if she is pure light and energy/vibes. Her self-awareness, authenticity, and spirituality is so inspiring. Love SZA always
She became more and more comfortable and vulnerable in this interview even as she is expressing how much agony she is feeling from anxiety. There's so much holding (love) space between them and i love it for her.
This video is so emotionally in tune I love the conversation concept instead of just a traditional interview. The way she opens up is so pure from an Artist’s point of view!
What a great, real and relatable conversation. Hearing these feelings and thoughts be expressed by someone at Sza’s level of success is SO important for young and less established creatives feeling the same things and thinking they’re experiencing them in isolation. Thank you for talking so honestly and letting us perceive you.
I truly respect this woman, as someone who wants to be in the film industry but also suffer from anxiety she makes me want to pursue that AND use my platform to be a voice for the true anxiety struggle
This is insanely healing to watch. As someone who was never a huge SZA fan (there were some songs I really loved), this interview really allowed me to understand her better.
Sza said something very important as im taking her advice on my artists journey as well & she says " prayer & i cut my circle down really small, we keep it light & thats the answer, quiet & less"
She's real. Through music & just speaking she puts her words together well. Expressing the feelings that millions of people go through but can't explain. The way she explains anxiety I can relate.
Know that she felt comfortable enough to come on camera and tell us how she feels, whats in her mind and what she thinks when it comes to her own music really just opened up a whole new door for us to know more about her, to really get to understand her and how she got here. She is such an amazing person.
That absolutely blows my mind. Like her thought process is so elevated in those “palate cleanser” moments like in blind. And she’s speaking on spiritual journeys most people haven’t even reflected on yet. 💕
She is the essence of ADHD sensitivity, I relate to her so so much. I suffer from rejection-sensitivity dysphoria and my deepest fear is being perceived. Having that high level of sensitivity makes you both incredibly creative and open with your emotions, and it can also create debilitating anxiety and low self-esteem. A blessing and a curse. We love you SZA
Girl, I was at your first concert of the tour and I cried the entire time, I was sobbing. I knew you might not be touring forever and I knew I had to see you. I can’t imagine fame and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but girl you make music unlike anyone and I am HERE for you
She’s gonna be a legend for generations. We’re so lucky to experience her music right now. So talented and transparent with her music. And she sounds so good no matter what.
I love her honesty & vulnerability bc fame is nothing we think it is from the outsude looking in… I hope she understands how much her music & artistry is appreciated. The flows, the lyrics, the versatility, the substance, the vulnerability, how relatable it is while sounding amazing. It’s so much life that comes from her music. I just hopes she can find peace & happiness amongst the crazy lifestyle she’s placed in. its all love from my end
I wish he’d stop cutting her off, but I really enjoyed this interview & appreciate her authenticity so much. Feels good to know I’m not alone when it comes to anxiety 😬
I legitimately haven’t heard an artist at her level being this articulate since Madonna. She explains and expresses herself very well. It’s refreshing.
SZA, Thank you for your openness, vulnerability and energy. Your pure heart radiates throughout this interview and I could relate to so much of what you were saying that I was smiling throughout this. Your music has always been art and you are energy ❤️💫
She’s so beautiful. God please cover and protect her from the vultures in this industry. God allow her peace in the mist of this storm. Her light is bright and May it continue to shine! SZA❤❤❤❤
SZA makes me feel loved here in this interview in a way I havent felt loved by my family or the people closest to me. I can tell when she talks about her fans releasing things at her concert and talking about their lives after the show. I feel like I can relate to her in so many ways, especially when she talks about not wanting to be looked at or speculated. But I think the world is just uncomparably lucky to have her. I hope she knows that. I feel like she gets a lot of pressure from the people around her to sink down because they cant get on her level and make her feel out of place. She could not be more perfect with or without the anxiety and I hope she knows how much her fans love her back.
This woman could never understand how much we appreciate her. Healing art, authentic relatable human.

She don't even know how far She's gonna be! And i'm so excited to watch her Journey!
Wow she speaks from such a deep place. And she radiates. I feel like i'm looking at a glowing aura, as if she is pure light and energy/vibes. Her self-awareness, authenticity, and spirituality is so inspiring. Love SZA always
her honesty is to die for. she's a real one
This interview is pure spiritual medicine 🙌🏾
exactly
Yes indeed
She’s saying so many relatable things, just the human experience, it’s very refreshing!
She became more and more comfortable and vulnerable in this interview even as she is expressing how much agony she is feeling from anxiety. There's so much holding (love) space between them and i love it for her.
i loved how honest she was about her anxiety i cried so much watching this.❤
This video is so emotionally in tune I love the conversation concept instead of just a traditional interview. The way she opens up is so pure from an Artist’s point of view!
I love her aura so much. I relate to her spirit so much. One of the most genuine celebrities out there.
She’s genuinely a beautiful person! She needs to know how loved she really is. We love you SZA.❤
What a great, real and relatable conversation. Hearing these feelings and thoughts be expressed by someone at Sza’s level of success is SO important for young and less established creatives feeling the same things and thinking they’re experiencing them in isolation. Thank you for talking so honestly and letting us perceive you.
Her openness, vulnerability, and energy is do refreshing! It shocks me she freestyles everything! One of a kind talent!
I appreciate how transparent she is. I hope she knows how much of a strength that can be.
I can totally relate with the anxiety that she feels. Also I am so grateful for her transparency. Thank you Sos! I love you deep ❤
I really appreciate how vulnerable she was able to be in this interview, good talk💯
It’s actually quite refreshing hearing an artist feel satisfied and that their goals have been met 👏🏾
Sza said something very important as im taking her advice on my artists journey as well & she says " prayer & i cut my circle down really small, we keep it light & thats the answer, quiet & less"
When she talks about her love and her grandma coming to her St. Louis show I can literally see her aura she’s glowing.
I LOVE YOU GIRL!!!!! YOUR SO BRAVE FOR DOING THIS INTERVIEW, ITS SO CALMING, COMFORTING AND INSPIRTIONAL!!!
She’s incredibly candid and that’s why her music hits different
Her energy speaks with an ethereal volume. 🪐
That absolutely blows my mind. Like her thought process is so elevated in those “palate cleanser” moments like in blind. And she’s speaking on spiritual journeys most people haven’t even reflected on yet. 💕
It’s scary looking back at the past with a wiser mindset but so beautiful to see the evolution and growth. Such a beautiful soul Solàna 😭😭
This just made me fall in love with her even more, she’s so articulate and in tune with her emotions
She does have adhd
Girl, I was at your first concert of the tour and I cried the entire time, I was sobbing. I knew you might not be touring forever and I knew I had to see you. I can’t imagine fame and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but girl you make music unlike anyone and I am HERE for you
This is amazing. I understood soo deeply as an artist. Scrutinizing seems to be apart of the Artist process.
I resonate to everything she said. I really hope she knows how grateful we are that she was this vulnerable. Thank you SZA❤
One of the best interviews I have ever watched, ever! SZA's self-awareness, open vulnerabilities and intelligence make her so remarkable. What a woman
Really? Since Madonna? …
28:10 SZA girl… you don’t need to!! Your work is SO good regardless. Keep following your art 🩷
Solana has been my fave artist for a decade. I truly love her and she can do no wrong in my eyes. ❤
