9 candidates have been selected to come in and compete in a head to head wrap off for the chance to join the elite team at Yiannimize Urban in Milton Keynes. The contestants will have just 5 minutes to wrap a wing mirror using Avery Dennison Supreme wrapping film.

Judges, @Y14nny from Yiannimize, Simon and Chris from @UrbanAutomotive and head technician Mark from @AveryDennisonVideo will be looking for the right mix or skill and technique from the candidate they will hire for a full time job.
After each round the weakest wrappers will be let go until there is only one left.

We did a very last minute recruit. Had over 30 apply but never had enough time to film the filter down stage before the filming day.

Great show, but I do miss Nicco and Mark, who - of course - could wrap that mirror in a minute or two.
Even they could not do it in 1/2 mins but yes they are next level wrappers for sure.

I like what this is trying to do but is a skating between the lines of cheese and cringe. Especially the fighting talk and some of the intro’s/contestant monologues. Urban screams mature, high end and class, Y’Mize is more youthful; would like to those values injected into the edits of the content more edited to zone in on a mix of those qualities combined. So less fake tense moments, scrap the cringe fighting talk and awkward interviews with just one head on angle, put a background on with branding etc.
just my opinion and my own critique.

Nice video. The production quality feels good from the media team, but I will say that the interview sections are a bit confusing as we don't know exactly what the contestants are answering to. I am familiar that the interviewer's voice is not included in the final edit, but usually the person being interviewed is told to make their answers full sentences to include the question in it, i.e. talking about Alex, the guy from Portugal, I''m guessing they were saying he was the strongest, but we didn't see him in this part actually wrapping yet also, so maybe would've been good to get an answer involving the people who were competing against in this episode

wow not one person mentioned that maybe wrapping a mirror with 2 people would have been better, with the judges thats what i would have said, after watching Yiannimize for many years, if it was allowed as in from rule point of you for the competition why not ? at least 2 people would have had a completed mirror cap, work smarter not harder !
I know two people can complete it! It’s about how they deal with this situation. It’s a competition for a job not let’s make everyone’s life easy 🤷🏽♂️
