With due respect, the issue is that such videos end up making people believe that’s how mucn people really make and landlords have increased rent like crazy and 60-70 % salary is also paid towards rent and they hardly save. They are many factors including shares, bonuses which are in the ctc but paid only a small percentage. Only a handful get paid truly high and they are bound to perform in cut throat competition else the salary is only short lived like the job..
everyone quoting 10+ lpa.........is this bengaluru🙄🙄
There are no company that give anything above 6 lpa for entry level
This is frog in the well story
My friend got 27lpa fresher from juspay you are either unskilled or dumb

All are lieing entry level salary in entire Bangalore is 4-6 lpa range with project.
Who told you?
@@HARSHDEV-f1band who are you ? What makes you think entry level is 30-40 lpa unless it's google or Microsoft like big companies.
@@commonman666 that entire word in his comment
@@commonman666 I am not saying it's 30-40 but its not always 4-6 lpa
Don't you found any Govt. sector?
Tcs Infosys and Accenture guys .. 😂
😓
They are telling a lie I can bet on this😂
Maximum people can say majority work on production support in service based company and earn max 10 to 15 lpa till the age of 35
For product based somewhere around 18 to 26 is max in benglr check glassdoor 😂😂
Note: Many IT professionals are paying EMI including me also😂
@@MrBro-z7d 18 LPA for freshers, It sounds like often comes from product-based companies or graduates from tier 1 colleges. That can be quite a motivating figure, It's important to recognize that such opportunities can be challenging to achieve, and everyone is on a unique journey.
I earn 26 LPA as a company secretary in HUL
Great man cs clearing is on big thing
Dont go beyond the huge packages because base is different and in hand salary is less only😂😂
So, do Bangaloreans make 12-15 lakhs per year on starting jobs? It's mind-boggling, really. How can people live in that city and make 1 - 2 lakhs a year?
Only top 5 percent 's interview, wht abt rest 95 percent?
I'm village boy completed Mcom working finance field company name Tvs credit sale role my salary is only 15600 per month three year exp my situation is 🙆🙆🙆🙆
Dontworry dont compare, just think wether you can live happily😊
People are just jealous in comments section, i can debate 😂
Nice review. Unique topic.
This video doesn’t account for average pay grades in Bangalore the people who were asked were talking about CTC not the take home for eg in Salesforce the entry level CTC is 30 lakh but 5 lakh will b joining and 10 lakh would b shares split for 3 years. So does goes for Walmart , I have many friends at Walmart and salesforce walmart isn’t able to give ~55 base for 12 year exp because they say u got shares n all blah blah so if anyone gets 55 base at Walmart CTC would be around 85 bcoz of shares n variable , I hope u get my point
Find out the salary from other facilities .In Bangalore most of them are not having good salary for there qualification.
Civil engineering crying in corner 😅
In industrial area we are struggling for just 16k after washing 5 lacs for engineering
That's the creamy layer salary and i would say they make about 20-25% of the industries total workforce.
Just started my preparation for job switch after watching this video.
We psu , earning 10-15L only with more than 7 years of experience 😢😢😢
But job security & good work life balance 😊😊😊😊😊
Which psu???
Wtf someone with 10+ yr experience can make 50 LPA in all IT in Bangalore?
Even alternate medical doctors get very low salary after 10 years of study.
Can you ask any doc's,,,,, then software's
The reason behind high real estate prices in Bangalore 😂
Please include civil engineering/ construction field also
5:50 Entry level 30 -40 lpa 🫨
Maybe too much hype
,all companies will not pay more than 4.5lac pa.
People are exaggerating just for making this video
Being from the same field, I would say it’s Not as exaggerated as you think. Some market correction has happened after Covid but I am not surprised by 95 percent of salaries that they said in this video. But obviously don’t blindly believe these.
Journey of each individual is different, a Role has a salary band, some people might be on lower end and some might be on higher end.
People with a PG diploma are getting 16+, 8 being average in pune so it's not unreal
