It's a turkish caravan made by 5k Karavan it's called Ayaz. You can buy it in all Europe under this name.

So if you need the loo in the middle of the night and it’s throwing it down which is common in England, how do you stop the inside of the sleeping area getting wet? When you have then returned from the on-site facilities where do you put your wet coat?

I don't think it's designed to be an alternative to full caravan. They are basically the new version of the teardrop camper which until the late 1960's were extremely popular.
Easy and light to tow. Designed mainly for someone or a couple that only wants to base camp for bikers, climbers, hikers, skiers, or surfers. And as long as you don't mind smaller living quarters, you can enjoy more time outdoors and they technically can go places othe caravans can't. These type of individuals are more likely happy to rough it a little.

Ac is always extra in the UK
