The video deals with the reversal of gender roles within the Palestinian and Arab community. The individuals chosen to be featured in the video have all pursued unconventional roles in society. These people include Ayman Safiah, a male ballerina; Betty Saadeh, a female race car driver; Marian Khoury, who practices crossfit and running; Malak Hasan, a female boxer; Inshirah Quraan, a female truck driving instructor; DJ Skywalker, a female DJ; and Qaher Harshah, a male model.
The goal of the video is to celebrate these courageous individuals who have gone against the norm and have broken gender boundaries hopefully inspiring others to do the same. Whether you are a male or a female should not decide what you do in life.
The fact that all the people included in the video are Palestinians shows that you can different in this country and thrive as an individual.
