The one thing that has really impressed me about the US version of Ghosts is how it is not just a direct remake of the UK version and it has done it's own thing and both shows are equally great and hilarious in their own right!
I am so glad I started watching from the PILOT. The entire cast completely ROCKS! Thank You all for the Laughs & keep them coming. I am 55 years of age today so make my day and keep the laughs coming.
Rose McIver is from New Zealand, so it’s especially weird to hear a voiceover with an American accent. She does a beautiful American accent in role, but talks in her natural NZ accent in interviews. So yes, it’s weird.
I love this because of the multiple perspectives that we see from Sam and normal people. Kind of reminds me of Bewitched with having more characters and powers.
I love this show. I started to get interested when clips were shown on my feed here. I've never heard of it so I started watching on Paramount+. But stopped when I couldn't afford it anymore. So I bought season one on dvd. Started watching it then bought digital copies of season two and three on Amazon. I was hooked!
Baby bump I knew it... I love both versions and the US version I like that they keep bringing back caricatures I liked the British how ghost would just pop up out of nowhere like when they were looking at other places and the German pilots were just hanging in midair trying to get her attention, there both unique and funny
I don’t know where you are but if it’s not deep in a rural area you should be able to pull CBS in as a free over-the-air channel with a fairly inexpensive antenna.
I think seeing the ghosts will be great for the Jay character. He was so happy to see Sas in his dreams. I have to admit, though, the show did a terrible job of hiding the pregnancy. It was super obvious. 😄
I'm currently watching this series ryt now and I'm loving it. I'm already in Season 2 episode 2. Season 1 was freaking awesome and looking forward to more awesomeness in Season 2 and upcoming seasons.
As a reenactor, I know how difficult it can be to get into historical clothing. I also do gilded age period and it is more involved for my gowns which contain, shift, corset, corset cover, pantalets, bustle cage, petticoat, outer petticoat, back apron, front apron, and bodice. Rev war as well, shift, stays, panniers, petticoat, outer petticoat, stomacher(sometimes), gown, and head cover.
@@CODEX_GACHA She was too much like Hetty was at the beginning of the series. Educating her to the ways of the modern world would have been redundant. I didn't think of her returning to the dirt on her own. I figured they might have to lock her in the vault. But yes, the blood thing was a pretty cool power.
So supposedly the ghosts always return back to what they looked like and dressed like when they died. How is that Isaac now has the ability to change his hairstyle?
i enjoyed the informative video, but the fake ai voices reading the quotes is just horrible. I ended up skipping any of that port because it was so cringe
UK version is soooooo much better. It’s funnier and lots less nasty. I made it through season 3 of US version before giving up on it cause it just got to be so gross and the ghosts are awful and selfish, so I decided to try the UK version instead. I’m so glad I did!
The UK version portrays the husband in a less flattering manner. I watch it but the US version is much better and much funnier. There’s a definite difference in American and British humor. British humor is crude at best.
@@dianamarietv4479 fr! like wdym nasty? Maybe sometimes a little more adult words and yeah things but as an 11 year old it doesnt bother me i have watched ghosts 1-3 season 5-6 times! Just excited to see the whole S 4 coming out there are like 4 epiosodes out right now
English humor has always been very difficult for me to enjoy. I don’t know what it is about it. American humor feels much more modern and inviting. I’m not English nor American so I think it’s probably bc American media is much more popular in general and their comedy style has been more available and more consumed. My subconscious is probably used to it. Whereas English humor feels like it’s for English people.

As a PROUD AMERICAN, I have seen the other version as well yet this one is SUPER HILARIOUS & FUNNY as HELL.
I think Jay seeing ghosts would be absolutely great.
I"ve read elsewhere that he WILL be able to see the ghosts. They didn't mention whether it's one show, or from now on.
@@mattrost2574I've read that too
Even if it is just once. After a bump on the head or a dream sequence.
Because Jay needs to hang out with Pete 😆
It would be awesome Jay being able to have proper road trips with Pete ^^

One of the things I love about this show is the wicked double entendres. They are truly hilarious.😂❤
Yes 👍 I am looking forward for Jay to seeing the ghosts
I’d love for that to happen!
Wait...What? when is this to occur? I have seen every episode. WTG?
@@BammnDanit will happen in season 4
@@BammnDanit just happened in thr Christmas episode!
This show lives from the acting competence of the entire ensemble cast.
Those voiceovers rather than the actors actually talking are REALLY annoying!
My assumption is that those quotes are from articles where there is no audio to play.

And disappointing
The AI voiceovers point to a lazy production. Anytime I hear AI it’s pretty much time to stop watching that person’s productions.
@@tpatrickl9539
Yeah, AI voice overs are THAT bad.
I love this because of the multiple perspectives that we see from Sam and normal people. Kind of reminds me of Bewitched with having more characters and powers.
It's a lot like Bewitched, starting with the lead character named Samantha.
@@1401minstrelIKR⁉️ I've been saying this from the get-go👻❤️‼️
I like it how he can't see them. It kills me when he tries to interact with them and they aren't there or have left the room or something.
Still waiting for those 'strict rules'...

I love the show because of it's unlimited ability to keep introducing new characters and story lines.
I dumped cable a few years ago and forgot all about this show! Glad to see it's still on.
I don’t know where you are but if it’s not deep in a rural area you should be able to pull CBS in as a free over-the-air channel with a fairly inexpensive antenna.
I would think the Cholera Ghosts would require quite a bit of makeup?
I can't wait for Pete and Jay to get their actual D&D game going! The bromance is reeeeeeal!
I wish they could include a dog who can see them. 😂🐕👻
Supposedly an animal ghost will be introduced in this season (along with Jay being able to see 👀 ghosts).
Yes it would be great for more people see the ghost as well

Yes it was. The other lady who was pregnant. I knew they said her pregnancy was during the hiatus. I didn’t know about her’s at all.
why are all the casts diologue e.g. 7:40 definitely ai generated?
Patience does not need to come back.
I kinda agree yet give it time, she will mature in the show just as they all have.
But she will...

One of my Thursdays' night shows on C.B.S.!
Wait, finally Jay will be able to see ghosts.
I KNOW YYYEEESSS BUT I CANT WATCH IT FOR A WHILE
I cant even watch episode 5 of s4
I would like for them both to see ghosts, would change to a new dynamic

He has the ribbon that tied his hair tied around his finger. My guess is that in the next episode he'll be back to the old hairstyle.
@@1401minstrel I didn't notice that, nice catch.
It’s weird to have someone do a voice over that’s supposed to be Rose but it’s not.
All of those snippets. Distracting.
So it’s the US version of the UK programme.

I want Jay to be able to see the ghosts. The trope of him not being able to see the ghost is rather tiresome after a while.
No strict rules.
Clickbait
You completely ignored the two men with the most complex costumes and makeup. That's a shame.
I like the British version much better! Actor's are so much funner than the American ones.
Nope...
