yea i've come to realize that many times a smaller house with the right floor plan can really be superior to larger homes. Its crazy how often large homes start to not flow as well... not sure what it is.. hope you are crushing it out there and lets build that dream

LOL, had to reinforce the floor for the shower! Yep, that is a US house for you. They are build so cheap that you need reinforcement as otherwise it falls through. Worth more like $500,000 than $3.9 Million;-)
