I really don't understand the customer ratings around lakme and maybelline foundations. They barely have anything for dark skin tones (2 shades Max) and neither are cruelty free. I just can't respect brands that aren't inclusive of all skin tones in our India. I mean, it's 2022, expand your range!! Hard pass. Thanks for the video Deepti. I love your videos! Happy new year!!

Lakme primer + matte perfect cover foundation its my favorite ❤❤and I do have really extreme dry skin 😊its just sits beautifully after preping my skin really well 🙃🙃
I think the nykaa stick foundation has got so many ratings because it used to be more popular as a contour stick than a stick foundation

Deepthi, I got the colorbar 24 hr foundation after hearing from you. It's so good, I don't think we have many foundations available in neutral undertones. Nice to find good shade range in affordable foundations. I use 7.2 on my forehead and 6.4 on the rest of my face, it almost looks like skin.

I have it in 6.2 and 6.3. I think it might be bit light for me but I had read reviews that said it oxidises. But neither of the shade matches my forehead. Its darker than the rest of my facen I'll try something like 7.1 or 7.2 for it
@@Rucha2096 yes it oxidizes a bit. I got 7.2 first, felt its a bit dark on the face although not bad, so got 6.4. In the mirror it looks fine, but on phone it looks little light in the beginning, but a bit later settles properly. Since it's not full coverage, I think you can work even if shade is slightly off. I don't have many foundations that match well so that I I give my shade reference. I think I might go with 7.1 next if I run out of this and feel like repurchasing, just to avoid having two foundations.

It does have!! Go for loreal 24hrs freshwear foundation for dry skin or 24hrs matte one for oily skin.. it's a lovely foundation

It’s all mentioned. What I feel is a drawback is mentioned. If there is no coverage I mention that. There are shimmer particles I mention that? If it is clinging to texture I mention that? What else can I tell? All the foundations last on my skin well coz I have normal skin and so wear time is not a issue?
