The decision making in combination with fuma was so unpredictable and difficult to read. Wish I could play like that haha! Didn't know the fuma community was this big and I agree with you that the game should only have 2 pass lvls max (assisted and fuma). Huge respect to fuma players! ♥️

The 11 v 11 league(wapes) was a great set up, there was also a community full manual pes League (Pro Evo network), with transfer market ect ect(no players over 3 stars) but with efootball konami have completely killed those communities
Really sad about this one, its not fair how they removed the servers for 11s, a bunch of communities got ruined, they could have atleast kept them up for 11s until Efootball has 11vs11 and Im sure them communities would even have paid to keep them servers up. A real shame from Konami but we can only hope for the best in the future.
nice to see someone else using Ripa. he is the best "out wide" and "longball counter" coach and also i am suprised to see people still try to make out something "meaningful" out of this mess. v2 and up is just an insult to people that really try to play something resembling football.
Iosonofra is the Fuma player, he is an excellent player from Wapes league 11v11 fuma league. There are many players there that are very very skillful manual players as they've 1000s of games playing as 1 player so they have excellent dribbling skills and passing shooting accuracy. Once you play this way you will never play assisted again. Alot of us just play eachother in friendlies as dream team just doesn't feel like football.
You can still enjoy dream team as I have and use super cancel to dictate the game and flow to your advantage in a realistic way similar to fuma. Trust me!

The FUMA player is really skillful. The passing, dribbling, reading of the game, positioning on defense and offense. I wish I could play like this. I'm playing Meta tactic until I get to Division 1 and it really bores me. Playing just to win is really not fun anymore after several months of playing this way. Thanks TTB for showing this. I probably missed some of Indominatror94 streams.
I played long ball counter and FUMA for a long time as well. Sometimes you really destroy your opponent, but once in a few matches Momentum destroys everything and you get battered.
This guy's quite clever cause all the players he has are quite tall and shield the ball wel even though their physical contact aren't that high, only Modric and Gnabry are the shortest and most agile. Haaland only used for headers and one touch passes only, doesn't pass it to him and try to outrun or dribbles defenders and all, saves alot of stamina and that plays a huge role on his runs. Then releases all agile players in the last 10/15 minutes for pace against already tired defenders. What surprises me is how he plays a possession like type of ball on Long Ball Counter. Wanna rewatch this and see his reaction lol, one of the best matches for real.
Don't get me wrong, I do love the freedom that FUMA gives you, having learned the ropes on PES 2021 and from your insane Everton ML. But as I also prefer to do finesse shots, it is an absolute mission to do so on manual. That's why I would use manual passing and basic shooting although I'm yet to do so in efootball.
Same I love manual passing on pes 21 but basic shooting because when prime messi gets the ball you already know hes going to finesse the sh out of it lmao
Always great to see. Manual brings the realism back to the game. I watch some of the pros in the efootball videos and see teams like the united team and the milan team and always thought, uhm that football seems a bit off I still play 21 on Fuma, trying to get better
Been playing PES on manual since PES 13, it had the options though it wasn't optimized for it at all. Things have improved since and it's so much more rewarding.

Ripa is the fake Antonio Conte in the game, he's the highest rated out wide manager so I guess that was his playstyle. There's someone else with a higher rating in long ball counter, that's why I think he was playing out wide. And it's the same playstyle I use, I notice the way the players behave (wingers like to go wide, for example) so for me it's pretty clear. Just a quick tip, if you wanna use this style the best formations are 4-3-3 or 4-5-1, with a big guy that is at least decent at headers but also fast and good at finishing, just like Haaland.
I think you're correct: I believe manual passing, or Manual Pass Level 4, has some slight assistance. But I think manual shooting has no assistance at all.
Konami just need to put a FUMA only event in for a week and give a decent reward for playing it. Every single FUMA game I've played against another manual player has been so much better than any assisted games.
I'm on division 1 playing on full manual, and i was able to beat the top 5, 6 and 8, but in my only match against a pro player i lost 5-0. Tis guy is insane, so patient, ball control is perfect.
The way indominator plays in comps is totally different from his streams, he doesn't play like a typical comp player in comps. One of the best efootball players to watch, skills and beautiful football

I agree with you, it's very true, pro players tend to exploit game engine and know what works and what doesn't. 4 CB's, narrow middlefield, 3 CF's, that's the formula since Ettorito won 7,8 years ago. It's very "ugly" football in my opinion, that middle ping pong direct football because they are used to play that all the time, that kind of opponents they are constantly facing and when they face FUMA player who knows how to play, switch sides, play possession etc. this happens. Guy is playing very smart and patiently, that's what FUMA does to you, you become better. Maybe, for some that kind of football is boring but it works. If payers invested amount of time in FUMA that they invested into game engine flaws, efootball community would be much better place, but hey, why would you make it difficult for yourself to learn the game when you can go from CB to CF in couple of seconds.
I'be been playing on manual for a good few weeks now online. Managed to get to Div 4. Losing more games than I was before, but it's just more enjoyable to play with more freedom. Losing to the ping-pong specialists is annoying though. The fact that they have such broad levels of assistance (levels 1-4) gives me hope that one day you can filter to play Level 4 players only?
FUMA is the only way to test a players true skill on this game imo. Anyone can play to the meta spamming the same attack over and over again. Removing the heavy pass support would really separate the wheat from the chaff.
Also it is so pleasing to the eyes from a viewer point of view. Doesn't feel repetitive and boring. And when the passes link nicely you appreciate it more knowing that is precise skill.
@@MRJMXHD It is for a beginner but once you get used to it everything starts to feel natural. I would highly recommend giving it a go. It's the only way I can get any kind of enjoyment out the game as playing on assisted controls (even PA3) bores me to death. There are just so many more possibilities with FUMA.

I think its a good compromise coming from where I was using full assisted. With time, I think I can slowly transition into FUMA
Not sure if you feel this. Why I love playing FUMA is that I feel the opponent AI movement can't read what will happen next. While when you play assisted, 1ms after you press the button, the AI already knew where the ball will go. Using FUMA, AI have no idea where the ball will go, they usually begin to adjust after the ball is mid air. That is why the through ball in FUMA is so satisfying. I tried playing FUMA for almost 2 years and I never come back to assisted. There are so much pass/play style I can think of compared to assisted
After playing manual for a prolonged time, i realized how you're just getting 50% of the game content with assisted enabled. Playing with assisted now, is exactly like playing Zelda and you have one button that does all the fighting and puzzle solving for you. The only problem is that manual makes accuracy stats completely irrelevant.
It's just absolutely outrageous that "pass assist" (read: cheating) is even a part of sports games. I never touch this BS anymore for that reason. This guy is a "pro"? Ridiculous.
@TTB that's the way I play too but with possession style of play. Slowly, dribbling slightly left or right with CM s controlling the match, giving the ball and taking the ball back etc. That's the only way I can deal with high press from opponents. Went until div 2 that way with a 2600something team and I think it's the only way to play possession play style. Only stupid thing is that while i score mostly by clear chances I mostly eat sweaty script-ish goals once the game decides thst the 2700something team of opponent MUST have a comeback goal... For crying out loud why this thing really have to freaking exist 😡😡 Game is not bad for a more realistic approach if you spend the time to learn it but why why why @konami the damn scripting!
I always use FUMA whether is online or offline, and I love the feeling of defeating someone who has also spent they hard earned cash in coins and I still have not spent a single dime and not planning to either...
Really interesting video. I firstly wanna say that indominator94 is one of the best players without any doubt. As far as the manual playing it's really impressive. I think that professional players, when they want to be called professionals, should play manual only . If THEY don't play, who will? Me? Amateurs are just trying to have fun and spend some of their free time. I don't know if they have the time to practice and learn the manual playing. Konami should make it, as a condition for professional games. The control should be manual only, in pro games . By that way , all these pro matches would have been a motive for us . These pro matches, by that way -manual- would have had an educational character for us (as the video you uploaded) . This is what konami should do . But it doesn't. On the other hand, even if someone wants to practice this way of playing, how could they do it when konami always changes the way of the game? The tactics,the passing, the defending etc., etc. in every update? This is what they always do. In every update , they fix something, they improve something but the same time they ruin something else. Every time is almost a new game. Especially for the amateurs. Professionals can easily adapt to any change, amateurs cannot. Nothing is stable which mean this is a very serious reason for someone to stop playing the game in general. Konami cares only about getting money and not about its reputation anymore . Εspecially when people pay real money why will they do it when they really feel like they are fooling us? What ist the best option for player change in Fuma, played yesterday first time with Fuma but the game had really struggle with half automatic player change to give me right players, so are using also the not automatic change ?
@@iosonofra88 yeah I figured out that you need automatic Assistent to play fast passes but then you facing problems passing to the keeper, the cursor doesn't change, so you need to choose between bad and worse :)
There's no pass he made that he wouldn't have made with assisted pass. The long ball for Haaland would have been the same with assisted level. The pass from Modric too at 6:29 This one would probably not be the exact same, But Zaha would be alone in that space the same in the end. The game is designed to make your players do good calls sometimes, it doesn't matter if you're assisted or not, what matter is to pass when the game wants you to because it is designed that way. Other times, your player makes a call, but is marked/followed by a defender. On assisted if you pass, the defender's gonna intercept it (actually he is not gonna intercept it, you're gonna litteraly pass to him). This is when i expect from manual to be usefull. Allowing you to get rid of the window imposed by the game that you have to wait for, and can never appear, or making an hidden pass etc. But it doesn't work that way at all. If there's not this window, the defender is gonna take it anyway. The only times i feel manual is usefull is because online players can position themselves poorly, it gives you that space, using manual can give you a better outcome that what it would have been with assisted. But manual shooting is really important tho. Also R1 does nothing at 8:37 You can do all that using only left joystick, with some slight pushes sometimes.
I've been playing full manual since FIFA 11 and this is exactly what I've been saying all this time: playing football in a football game is the best way to enjoy it, albeit not the most effective.
Watched this live in Indom's stream. The manual guy was top class! Defo using R1 while dribbling, seems like you can hold off the opposition better whilst doing so. I've been practising that ever since I watched this game.
@@azimages2538 It's a close control dribble, it acts like a shield of sorts, you can hold off players at your back better also allows little flick passes that activate quicker than normal passes, still experimenting with it but that's a couple of things I've noticed.
My only problem with playing manual is I play offline but I don't want to feel cheated so can someone tell me what difficulty to play on cause superstar the ai just cheats
Very easy for me, I respect manual and I would like to play it.. But Controllers I HATE, I absolutely despise and I will never play on anything other then Keyboard.. which sadly leaves me unable to play manual. I like playing all these games on Pass support 3, it gives me a lot of freedom, but I can play it on my Keyboard
i gotta say, i play on pa3 and even that makes you play slower and more calculated.. way more fun imo.. i hate the full speed pass,pass,pass, score.. i can do it, but i dont enjoy that., but i do like faster speed play, just more cohesive...
i watched this game during his stream and found it a bit laughable. it had less to do with manual and more to do with his patience on the ball and allowing play to develop. whats more alarming for me is how many people on efootball DONT play like this but when you hear the non-stop complaints, it makes sense.
In my opinion those so called pro players must be 100% FUMA players. PRO player with assists or competitions in high level with assists is just a joke or hypocrisy. Assists should be a think ONLY for casual players.

I play EF fuma from day 1. Before 1.0, it was so easy playing against assisted players because the pingpong isnt dominant and assist werent great. Highest div i ever got to was div4. But i play with lil bit harder difficulty, possession style and no stacked team (never interested to collect card and too lazy to open pack anyway. I have many free coins and i only spend money to get players that i like; man city pck for KDB and arsenal pack for arteta ball. I probably can buy all players with mil gp that i have but again, too lazy to “collect” players haha). Have some recent highlights on my channel if anyone wanna see how fuma with possession style looks like. And just like this game, you can put all your effort to score on fuma and you can lose by conceding to some lucky breaks your opponent get. Finishing with assist doesnt take skill at all. Honestly this game wasnt supposed to end up 4-3 with all the effort put by the pro.

This game is dead. It's literally a mobile game with better graphics. The physics are so repetitive and predictable. The gameplay is so basic. Turn left with the ball and the same animation will play out every damn time, no minor variation. There's no unpredictability in the game. Takes more than 3 years to release a master league. And don't forget about that horrendous goal keeper animation esp while diving during penalty. Feels like they defy gravity and have no weight to them. They will just fly like a superman to the corner. I can go on and on. I was a pes fan when it comes to gameplay but this game is dead. Fifa is 10x times better than this atrocity. Konami is a dead company, remember they used to release bangers like Metal gear but now look at them. Taking 3 years to release a damn master league, let that sink in. Also it is so pleasing to the eyes from a viewer point of view. Doesn't feel repetitive and boring. And when the passes link nicely you appreciate it more knowing that is precise skill.
@@MRJMXHD It is for a beginner but once you get used to it everything starts to feel natural.
I would highly recommend giving it a go. It's the only way I can get any kind of enjoyment out the game as playing on assisted controls (even PA3) bores me to death. There are just so many more possibilities with FUMA.

@@ScottBlade1889 no doubts there at all. I started little though, reducing the assist to the lowest level. There's still some assist, but I have greater control over the ball. I think its a good compromise coming from where I was using full assisted. With time, I think I can slowly transition into FUMA

Not sure if you feel this. Why I love playing FUMA is that I feel the opponent AI movement can't read what will happen next. While when you play assisted, 1ms after you press the button, the AI already knew where the ball will go.
Using FUMA, AI have no idea where the ball will go, they usually begin to adjust after the ball is mid air. That is why the through ball in FUMA is so satisfying. I tried playing FUMA for almost 2 years and I never come back to assisted. There are so much pass/play style I can think of compared to assisted

After playing manual for a prolonged time, i realized how you're just getting 50% of the game content with assisted enabled. Playing with assisted now, is exactly like playing Zelda and you have one button that does all the fighting and puzzle solving for you.
The only problem is that manual makes accuracy stats completely irrelevant.
It's just absolutely outrageous that "pass assist" (read: cheating) is even a part of sports games. I never touch this BS anymore for that reason. This guy is a "pro"? Ridiculous.

@TTB that's the way I play too but with possession style of play.
Slowly, dribbling slightly left or right with CM s controlling the match, giving the ball and taking the ball back etc.
That's the only way I can deal with high press from opponents.
Went until div 2 that way with a 2600something team and I think it's the only way to play possession play style.
Only stupid thing is that while i score mostly by clear chances I mostly eat sweaty script-ish goals once the game decides thst the 2700something team of opponent MUST have a comeback goal...

I've recently started playing on FUMA and it has made the game 100x more fun for me

Really interesting video. I firstly wanna say that indominator94 is one of the best players without any doubt. As far as the manual playing it's really impressive. I think that professional players, when they want to be called professionals, should play manual only . If THEY don't play, who will? Me? Amateurs are just trying to have fun and spend some of their free time. I don't know if they have the time to practice and learn the manual playing. Konami should make it, as a condition for professional games. The control should be manual only, in pro games . By that way , all these pro matches would have been a motive for us . These pro matches, by that way -manual- would have had an educational character for us (as the video you uploaded) . This is what konami should do . But it doesn't. On the other hand, even if someone wants to practice this way of playing, how could they do it when konami always changes the way of the game? The tactics,the passing, the defending etc., etc. in every update? This is what they always do. In every update , they fix something, they improve something but the same time they ruin something else. Every time is almost a new game. Especially for the amateurs. Professionals can easily adapt to any change, amateurs cannot. Nothing is stable which mean this is a very serious reason for someone to stop playing the game in general. Konami cares only about getting money and not about its reputation anymore . Εspecially when people pay real money why will they do it when they really feel like they are fooling us? This is obvious . This is my opinion

What ist the best option for player change in Fuma, played yesterday first time with Fuma but the game had really struggle with half automatic player change to give me right players, so are using also the not automatic change ?
unfortunately player change is not in a good state right now, with manual passing you need to have a lot of patience!
@@iosonofra88 yeah I figured out that you need automatic Assistent to play fast passes but then you facing problems passing to the keeper, the cursor doesn't change, so you need to choose between bad and worse :)

I switch to manual last year after playing a veteran manual 11v11 player. Haven't turn back.
There's no pass he made that he wouldn't have made with assisted pass. The long ball for Haaland would have been the same with assisted level. The pass from Modric too at 6:29 This one would probably not be the exact same, But Zaha would be alone in that space the same in the end.
The game is designed to make your players do good calls sometimes, it doesn't matter if you're assisted or not, what matter is to pass when the game wants you to because it is designed that way.
Other times, your player makes a call, but is marked/followed by a defender. On assisted if you pass, the defender's gonna intercept it (actually he is not gonna intercept it, you're gonna litteraly pass to him). This is when i expect from manual to be usefull. Allowing you to get rid of the window imposed by the game that you have to wait for, and can never appear, or making an hidden pass etc. But it doesn't work that way at all. If there's not this window, the defender is gonna take it anyway.
The only times i feel manual is usefull is because online players can position themselves poorly, it gives you that space, using manual can give you a better outcome that what it would have been with assisted.
But manual shooting is really important tho.
Also R1 does nothing at 8:37 You can do all that using only left joystick, with some slight pushes sometimes.
When efootball gets master league, and I can take Leeds to UCL glory with mods on FUMA, first then will I be happy again

I've been playing full manual since FIFA 11 and this is exactly what I've been saying all this time: playing football in a football game is the best way to enjoy it, albeit not the most effective.

Watched this live in Indom's stream. The manual guy was top class! Defo using R1 while dribbling, seems like you can hold off the opposition better whilst doing so. I've been practising that ever since I watched this game.
Never tried R1. What does it do? Its not explained in the manual anywhere??
@@azimages2538 It's a close control dribble, it acts like a shield of sorts, you can hold off players at your back better also allows little flick passes that activate quicker than normal passes, still experimenting with it but that's a couple of things I've noticed.
My only problem with playing manual is I play offline but I don't want to feel cheated so can someone tell me what difficulty to play on cause superstar the ai just cheats

You mentioned konami banning pass assist 1 and 2 for pros, the tournaments are actually played on pass assist 3, its part of the rules
Very easy for me, I respect manual and I would like to play it.. But Controllers I HATE, I absolutely despise and I will never play on anything other then Keyboard.. which sadly leaves me unable to play manual. I like playing all these games on Pass support 3, it gives me a lot of freedom, but I can play it on my Keyboard

i gotta say, i play on pa3 and even that makes you play slower and more calculated.. way more fun imo.. i hate the full speed pass,pass,pass, score.. i can do it, but i dont enjoy that., but i do like faster speed play, just more cohesive...

i watched this game during his stream and found it a bit laughable. it had less to do with manual and more to do with his patience on the ball and allowing play to develop. whats more alarming for me is how many people on efootball DONT play like this but when you hear the non-stop complaints, it makes sense.

In my opinion those so called pro players must be 100% FUMA players. PRO player with assists or competitions in high level with assists is just a joke or hypocrisy. Assists should be a think ONLY for casual players.

I play EF fuma from day 1. Before 1.0, it was so easy playing against assisted players because the pingpong isnt dominant and assist werent great.
Highest div i ever got to was div4. But i play with lil bit harder difficulty, possession style and no stacked team (never interested to collect card and too lazy to open pack anyway. I have many free coins and i only spend money to get players that i like; man city pck for KDB and arsenal pack for arteta ball. I probably can buy all players with mil gp that i have but again, too lazy to “collect” players haha).
Have some recent highlights on my channel if anyone wanna see how fuma with possession style looks like.
And just like this game, you can put all your effort to score on fuma and you can lose by conceding to some lucky breaks your opponent get. Finishing with assist doesnt take skill at all. Honestly this game wasnt supposed to end up 4-3 with all the effort put by the pro.

This game is dead. It's literally a mobile game with better graphics. The physics are so repetitive and predictable. The gameplay is so basic. Turn left with the ball and the same animation will play out every damn time, no minor variation. There's no unpredictability in the game. Takes more than 3 years to release a master league. And don't forget about that horrendous goal keeper animation esp while diving during penalty. Feels like they defy gravity and have no weight to them. They will just fly like a superman to the corner. I can go on and on. I was a pes fan when it comes to gameplay but this game is dead. Fifa is 10x times better than this atrocity. Konami is a dead company, remember they used to release bangers like Metal gear but now look at them. Taking 3 years to release a damn master league, let that sink in. Remember that teaser trailer for pes 22 with messi in it 😂😂😂😂
Good match level 4 looks and feels unnatural, level 3 is still the best which was actually level 1 on pes21
