@@highwayheroes1454he conveniently forgets that people have already been looking at him sideways even before last year. If not for being a pdf file, for acting like a groomer. There's the one with MBB, with Billie Eilish, his constant connection with underage girls then dating them "officially" when they turn 18. There are numerous vids about that, and didn't he try to take down some of them? Like that vid of him at his concert being creepy about a 17 yr old girl? Ironically, every move Drake has willingly made after the battle has been worse for his image than anything Kendrick said or did. We are finally seeing Aubrey. It might sound corny but Kendrick legitimately neutralized Aubrey's superpower. Which was the persona of Drake. This isn't Drake, it's Aubrey. And hey, Drake is a great actor, and extremely talented. But it's nothing more than that, an act. Drake was the acting role, and the songs were the scripts. How many of those scripts were written by other people can be debated forever.
But I have always kept myself from calling him a pdf file. I just need more proof. Not saying it isn't plausible. But what I can say with all certainty is he is a groomer. No adult should, nor has any legitimate reason, to PRIVATELY befriend, hang out with, or party with underage teens. There is WAAAAY too much smoke, with way too much evidence. Plus, you can easily find the videos of his yacht parties, that Kendrick mentioned in 6 16, where there are TONS of drunk underage girls there. And as a father of two teenage daughters, and someone who is also just a decent human being, there is NOTHING anyone can say to condone those things. Even if there were just a couple examples, sadly there are far more than a couple. I don't think it's coincidental that Drake likes to party in countries where the age of consent is lower than it is in North America.
But I won't ramble on forever. Drake's downward spiral is in many ways historic, and astonishing to watch if nothing else. Lol, Love the content as always. Hope you and anyone who happens to read this have a wonderful, safe, and positive night/day!

If he sues k dot he would counter sue drake which would be a nightmare for him. and he will have to prove the allegations are false and that kdot knew they were false which he can't because he said himself ge planted the stories for kdot. Not to mention there is enough proof of him being inappropriate at the very least with several girls who were underage. So that will only prove it was reasonable for kendrick to assume he was a predator. Baca has been charged with trafficking and plead to child abuse and domestic abuse. Discovery would ruin his career and possibly take away his freedom

I think one of the key things one has to remember about defamation cases is that the claimant has to have a reputation that can be defamed in order for defamation to exist. Drakes own actions have caused his reputation indelible harm well before Kendrick dropped this track; he already was known for being inappropriate with underage girls, he was already known for keeping his children secret and he was already known as a culture vulture in hip hop. Kendrick didn't say anything that wasn't already believed by a wide range of people or simply demonstrably true and so this cannot be defamation as Drake, by his own actions, no longer has a reputation that can be defamed.

Why Drake isnt suing Kendrick. Google "unclean hands law" and deformation. The principle is basically that the party who is asking for a judgment cannot have the help of the court if he/she has done anything unethical in relation to the subject of the lawsuit. So basically Drake lawyers understand that if he sues Kendrick, his case will likely get thrown out because he literally "defamed" Kendrick before Kendrick responded.🤷‍♂️

The more I think about it the more I believe that the end goal for aubrey isn’t even about winning this lawsuit. I believe his goal is to negatively alter Hip-Hop forever. He is absolutely livid, and he clearly feels like he’s on his way out and is considered an outsider anyway. So he doesn’t care about his reputation as he sets everything on fire on his way out.
I believe wants there to be tighter censorship on rap albums, and he wants to set a chilling effect on battle rapping by setting the legal precedence for what could happen if the loser feels that the battle went “too far”.

One where the innocent and victimized are cycled through to perpetuate societal injustices upon the "undesirables."
The other, where the seemingly untouchable elites are finally made to see justice for the harm they have wrought upon others.
    Life reflects art reflects life.
