I think it is the most usable lalo strategy at th17, as it is easier to plan and execute if compared to other strategies.
I agree with you, there is sui lalo that is maybe more powerful than this strategy but of course it is the most difficult strategy to dominate in clash of clans. I will try to see if is possible to create new sui lalo version at th17
