Never heard any Anderson .Paak songs before. I thought he was one of those typical producers that uses those electro drum pads. Boy I was wrong, and his music is sooo gooooood.
I Love to see people discover .Paak for the first time. Reminds me of my first time😃 BTW- watch his Tiny Desk concert if you haven’t. That should get you settled nicely
The thing I love about Anderson Paak is when he does live, stripped down versions of his songs they are even better than the studio/album versions. This version of "Anywhere" is smooth af.
I love how in every live performance I have seen from these guys so far, you can see the ear to ear grins after because they know they killed it. I haven’t loved a new artist this much in a long while.
@CaptainSquillso @Kurt Davis @D D I've been looking for his music on TH-cam and I found what looks like his TH-cam channel but there was only three or four songs. Can someone point me in a good direction?
your the bomb, so glad silk sonic came along, you and your other musos are awesome, loving it, now keep on looking at other video clips of you and the free nationals and other muso's
forever love this song! the play on words, the footsteps in the dark drum pattern he's playing, all the old school references--only thing i wish he'd had his backup singers on this because that would have really spiced it up. He is exceptionally talented!
@@chrishernandez6422 this man is not reppin Chiques. Sorry .He's a musician . Having fun with his music. With Class.. He ain't rapping about guns drugs prison. SMH. Quit clout chasing...
Andrew Nibbi the only one that comes to mind is Theo Katzman from Vulfpeck. Had a 2 piece set when Vulfpeck was on Stephen Colbert. You should check it out, super funky.
Not many singing drummers (or drumming singers) out there. Not an easy accomplishment but if you can you’re usually really good, and have enough energy for both, even if this was a gentle song. I like it.
How come no one is talking about the keyboardist? He doing the bassline, chords, and back up vocals.
Mr.E Tnava Avant is a legend
Tnavaaaaaaaa
keyboard typical does play chords and the baseline but it was impressive nonetheless you could feel the soul and groove from all 3 of em
Ikr. Dude is the truth. I noticed him the first time I saw them on NPR Tiny Desk. Whole band is tight, but he is the highlight
Fr the free nationals are some of the most talented artists in the industry

I’ve never met a drummer ballsy enough to go on tv with a two piece kit. Then again, I’ve never met Anderson .Paak
Andrew Nibbi the only one that comes to mind is Theo Katzman from Vulfpeck. Had a 2 piece set when Vulfpeck was on Stephen Colbert. You should check it out, super funky.
I need a "LOVE" button for this right'chea!
This is what.... you call talent.... his style is so different.... pity he is underrated
Album of the Year
The keyboardist is pulling off a George Duke/Stevie/Keith Emerson(double hand technique). Never seen play this well

Paak a dope artist...going to be an even doper producer...His talent reminds me alot of Raphael Saadiq.
LIVING LEGEND
Anybody hear that Isley Brothers "Footsteps in the Dark" in that drumline? Sounds great!
Probably is. But thundercat definitely sampled the drumline
I love snoop's verse on this song. This beat remind me of the old days before the chronic hit the streets.
Paak is the most talented hip hop artist ever. Prove me wrong.
This guy is amazinnnnnnnnnng !
That new album is fire!
I Love Every Instrument as well😍😝
