Great respect for Rick Macci and Dr. Gordon, but $2000 for a 2 hour video is pretty crazy unless you're a coach at a Monte Carlo country club :) However, having a doctor in biomechanics breaking down the physics of the swings and the kinetic chain is refreshing and offers valuable information. I do think that he might be wrong about saying that the grip doesn't influence the biomechanics of the forehand swing :)) Try to hit two forehands, one with a Continental grip and the other one with a Western grip keeping all other variables the same and see if you end up with the same numbers and results.
Respect to Rick Macci and Dr Gordon. Bummer how Dr Gordon’s explanations were edited but alas. Was waiting for the golden goose but it must be secret….or it’s about the $$
I fell asleep less than half way through. It is all about tracking and feeling the ball. Respect to Mr Macci, but sometime I feel his videos contain way too many biomechanical details .I'm not an expert like Mr Macci is but I would focus more on how to track the ball and then feel it with my racket.

Yet many agree, 1 of biggest forehand in tennis history, is huge swing Fernando Gonzalez, how-come?
Anybody could find a video of each one of them was really hitting a live ball or a serve?

yeah, nothing kills my awesomeness like a ball and other players :D:D
