I built a medium sized and modern family house for you, with the new "Dream Home Decorator" pack, because many of you wished for a medium sized house :) What do you think about the Cottage Living Pack that will be released in July ? I'm already thinking about what I could build with it :D Maybe a Modern Farmhouse style family home or a modern farm. Your suggestions and wishes you can write in the comments ♥ Maybe I can be inspired by it.
I am self learning 3D archviz and so far I only know of how to use the software techniques, watching you build up your house, I can learn more about the styles, and it really helped me open my mind. Great work and thanks!
My eye is just drawn to that tree by the car port. I don’t know what it is, but it’s so comforting. I think I’m being nostalgic 😂 But this build is simply lovely♥️

Thanks for your feedback ❤️ I recently tried to build a traditional house. The exterior was no problem but the interior was terrible 🙈 I don't know how to explain it but this style feels wrong to me and I didn't have a good feeling about it all the time 😅 That's why I deleted everything and built a modern interior 🙈
Love your video! I think with the Cottage Living pack you should create maybe like a traditional farmhouse but with a modern interior and a modern extension/ extensions. I would also love to see you build a farm with a really modern house but still keeping the farmhouse vibe. I think it would really suit you’re style with all the woods and everything, but I’m sure whatever you build would be amazing! I would also like a cozy farmhouse but also a bigger one as normally my families can get quite big 😂

This build is so amazing! I cant believe it is made without CC :O The only one thing is the curtains - on the first floor they are hanging directly from the window, but we all know its just the sims, and sometimes it is what it is, right? :D But the whole build is still very amazing! You are so talented! :*
If you could do a tutorial video on how to get the bridge section over that pool and how you did that car ramp... These are things I have been trying to do for weeks and just cannot figure out!
Hello, yes the stairs are Functional. I test all my houses for functionality before uploading. And the stairs are very easy to design. You place the stairs and bring them into the desired shape with the arrows on the side 😊

It took me about 4-5 days to build the house, make and edit the video, prepare everything for the youtube upload and for all the other uploads 😊
