    RRR is going to be screened again on 9th of Jan this month in the same TCL Chinese theatre but this time both the main actors along with music director & SSR are attending the event.
    Hope you capture the whole movie reaction this time.

    I wish I had seen it in a cinema to experience the atmosphere and the drama than watching on Netflix. I think it should have had a longer run in theatres before coming to streaming. It came to Netflix too early as this kind of movie is best seen in cinemas!

    WTH, The tickets for the 9th Jan screening at TCL Imax got sold out in 98 seconds!
    R u guys Outta you're mind? I didn't expect PPL to be so crazed for this movie right here.
    Also the 7th of Jan will have an Oscar special screening attended by Jr NTR, Rajamouli & Ram Charan as well.

    • @doloresquintana
      @doloresquintana  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, we are. I told you guys that Americans are crazy for RRR and S.S. Rajamouli. Naatu Naatu is shortlisted for best song at the Oscars. The guy who got this going here has been telling people that Rajamouli is great for 11 years. People are paying $30 bucks a ticket for this!

    • @Sachin_C10
      @Sachin_C10 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@doloresquintana is $30 a ticket too expensive for a movie in America?
      I'm sorry to ask but that is too expensive by Indian currency standards & the minimum ticket is equivalent to $1& 1/2 or $2 in a local theatre. $3 to $5 dollars in a premium imax PVR, INOX theatre in India.

    • @doloresquintana
      @doloresquintana  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Sachin_C10 It's pretty steep for a single screening, but they have the guests and the movie, so people paid. For a single screening of just a regular movie, they charge $15 USD when it's not matinee or reduced-price hours.

      @@doloresquintana man now I understand how Hollywood makes gross over 2 billion dollars box office, movies like Avatar, endgame, Spiderman no way home & infinity war etc. Where the collection in the United States itself grosses $800-900 million & the rest of the world 50-60% more. No wonder the prices there are lofty & box office returns are so much in Hollywood.
      I hope u saw the video ma'am of him speaking to the guests in the NYFCC award party yesterday with his Telugu Indian style *Kurtha* (it made me a bit prideful I admit) & the ovation he got & he spoke about interval being necessary for American cinema by taking Terminator 2 as an example where it actually had an interval when in released in India, also saying how PPL usually say film crews generally see technicians as one family but his film crew are his actual family members working😂, he represented India yesterday, it was tear inducing honestly. I never believed what happened, even now seeing all you're admiration is still like us dreaming in our sleep.

    • @doloresquintana
      @doloresquintana  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Sachin_C10 Still even with ticket prices that are that expensive, the films still need to have a lot of people buy tickets. Yes, it's more expensive but the bar of what the film needs to make has also increased.

They would've known what #RRR is & why most Americans who watched are raving about it like it's an event not to be missed in their life time.

    The greatest part of this scene was, 100% of people jaw dropped when they saw it, "The Water" now is a Tsunami.
    Just see how the way they land, it reflects the way a Tsunami is coming to stop everything ahead in its path, great hints by SS Rajamouli sir. Today it's a jaw dropping scene, tomorrow most people in world cinema will be speaking about this, if they show this at an Oscar & discuss about it & it features one of the best actors of India, Jr NTR.
    Jai NTR, Jai Jakanna!
    One of the greatest scenes not in Telugu, not in India, not in Hollywood,
    but in the entire world.
