What I assume of their personalities based on their reactions.
(Disclaimer: these are just my opinions and what I assume, also none of these are inherently bad because they're human and they're also kids, so they have a lot of space to grow and mature over time. Also, life isn't black and white so just because someone isn't towards confrontation or if someone is more outspoken, that doesn't inherently mean bad or good.)
Baekseung: Quick-witted, was probably thinking of different ways to make sure a minimum number of people get hurt. Most likely a pacifist.
MU: Mindful and aware of himself and the people around him, he realized he wasn't in a position to resolve anything so he called for someone who could. He's the type of person that if caught in a case, would thoroughly consult his lawyer before trial.
Yewang: Nonconfrontational and would prefer if someone would at least express they were on his side to gain confidence. The type to seek approval. When faced with a problem, he'd probably want the least involvement as possible.
Jeff: A child. That's a fact, not an insult. He's young and still has space to grow, it's only natural to react that way in such a tense situation. His stage persona and real-life personality were probably battling to see which foot to step forward. Most likely hasn't dealt with conflict on his own a lot.
Wish: Justice-minded. He's the type who would prefer when people take responsibility for their actions, but also not wanting them to get hurt. As the leader, he was probably debating whether to protect him and his members or the staff. Mindful and logical.
Keum: This kid's mind works fast. He noticed the details and came to a reasonable conclusion and thus was able to act calmly. He's confident in himself and doesn't let himself get swayed easily. He probably does great at school presentations or impromptu speaking. The type to listen to another person's argument before breaking it down gracefully.
A-Min: Nonconfrontational type but empathetic, would prefer to look around or face the people involved to get a better read on their emotions. In conflict, he would probably appeal through emotion.
Ayden: Not a pacifist. He also thinks of justice but dislikes when people act out of hand. Would probably prefer reasonable and face-to-face discussion than a flex of power. Stands by himself and his morals. Tries not to but probably takes things personally sometimes.
