4:54 that's one of my favorite things about watching a TH-camr play a game. You play differently than I would so I get to see parts of a game I normally wouldn't. As well as with certain games watching somebody play in a way that's disatisfactory to me gives me the urge to play it myself so I can do what I wanted to see done
[Comment to boost the video] Fun Fact: Ancient Japanese swordsmiths developed a unique technique called folding to create strong and flexible blades like the katana. They would repeatedly heat, hammer, and fold the steel, sometimes up to 20 times, to distribute carbon more evenly and remove impurities. This process resulted in thousands of thin layers within the blade, giving it both a razor-sharp edge and the ability to flex without breaking-key attributes for surviving intense combat!
Also, I'm pretty sure you need 60k by the end of the green bar (20k for rent and 40k to pay your loan) so keep that in mind for when doing missions! From my math the most optimal pricing for your slave-made items is 15%, you might want to try it out and see if it is more efficient considering the Profit/TimeToSell (it should be). If you want the non-optimal formula for a fair pricing of your handmade items you should just do 100-OverallQuality as it will make the bad weapons cheaper and the better ones more expensive. Anyways, I'm loving the series and waiting for the next episode!
Do a dagger with high pierce rate with that leftover Yudhira and keep it, you're gonna have to make one of those soon 😅 The warriors train inside the arena, pass the guy at the desk they are in a backroom at the right side
Hey, just leaving a comment here. TH-cam showed me one video of you and i stayed.... love your content and following your story in the blacksmith. Bought this game just out of your videos. Keep going. greetings from germany
I agree, swords and daggers can be pretty cool to make cuz of all their interesting designs, but.. I work on mainly heavy weapons cuz I'm lazy. Lol. But in my defense, the store looks better with full racks of stuff rather than the one or two when it takes forever to make
Keep in mind while training that "dodge" is literally not in game as a mechanic. One of the tool tips somewhere says specifically that dodge is harder to execute than parry. That means, at the same skill level, dodge will have a lower chance to succeed than parry. Since you can select "parry" with the slider as your defense method, dodge will never be an option. This makes training MUCH easier, as you only have to focus on attack and parry to be ready for combat. Too bad it turns out that never hiring a single warrior for the entire playthrough would have zero impact on the story progression, but that's a whine for another rant. There's plenty of great fun in this game, even if none of the game loops interact with each other in any way.
Keep in mind the game is still in early access and there are some aspects of the game that seem to be able to be expanded. Like the cave in the mining area and the entirety of act 2 and beyond are lacking.
*hint* the more material weight you use in a golden weapon, the higher your profit; for "make to sell" weapons, i suggest long handles with high grade hilt decor.
Maybe the talking point wasn't available until you had the worker? I hope you figured out that tempering is what you do in the barrel. Nice arena wins!
I found out that when your poring gold and it doesnt fill up all the way?? just melt some of the ore that is the cheapest and smelt it then poor it by the rest of the gold it will still count as gold.
I could be wrong but I think that shape penalty just makes it take longer to craft. So you can make even more wild blades, but it'll take longer on the anvil. But I could be wrong.
Warriors practice at the back of the arena...All the training equipment you bought is also there. Just go past the guy at the door to the big room at the back.
Just rememberd a easter egg: noticed at 1 point you stopped reciveing gold bags? when you got the kid their own room the boiy starting so saving the goldbags up there to keep them safe from thieves, (not really it's a bug whing getting the secound floor, but my way it strength the easter egg) so the boy keeps your gold safe from thieves, don't you think he deserves a couple of tips? say around 2000-5000 worth? ;)
Gold is a terrible metal for a tool, but I guess if it's a status symbol nobles would have a reason to buy. I'd have a hard time with this game because me desire for common sense.
Hey again, i'm going to be honest I only told you about the potato so see if someone the comments knew what to do with it. so far no response. so i'll give a hint: did you ever played that game Fish, middle or Bird? well this is not look bird but go bird. and be resource full, you will not find it just by walking to it. If you have not found it by the end of this mission arc I will say where it is. face-qc8jg commented about the warriors. see his comment. for buying a flower in the square, this flower for that day will be on your blueprint table in the vase. ( I do not know if it's true but in my game if feels like custommers comes more freqently when ever I have the flower, but could be me just thinking it does) aslo read ArmstrongMC1 comment: that is usfull information.
you will be getting close to the point were your worker can just make gold weapons for money. and you can just make what you want for fun, sale , quests or your warriors. something i started to do is name my workers weapons "worker" lol so i can see when something they have made is sold. im a little in front of you now, but i rarelly make wepons based on profit now that i have 2 workers of 80 blacksmithing who make gold weapons, and my third mines gold. i make weird and wonderful weapons made with different things just for fun lol

hi again algorithm, and hi Grillmastah, keep uploading and I'll keep loving the series!
Keep it up nice work

Your fighters are training inside the arena. Walk to the back and go right, they're in a room with all your training dummys you bought for them
Thank you
Can't you heat up the pomel and guard in thr melting bucket? That way you can get em out of the buchet instead of the furnace.
Good question, may try that

say around 2000-5000 worth? ;)
I think the food you buy you can give to your warriors to regain their health but not sure try it
Focus on your gladiator killing weapons. Research the best for Carnage.
Don't make the Lady with the bad eyeliner a black blade. Love the series Grillman
Once a blacksmith makes it to 60 skill i set them to make gold maces for the big money.

One thing i wanted to know is...99% or -99%. Is there a difference in quality??
From what I've seen and been told they're the same
