LOL that sound Bobby makes at the end... Collectors all know that sound too well. The brain is thinking, the gear are turning. Man...Superion looks pretty prettyy prettyyy damn good in that case.
I don't know if I was really mentally prepared to see a reflection of Bobby's lower half. These are real game changers on how we can display our collectibles. Really glad you did a general video for everyone to see this.
Here's another option that will go cheaper for you in the long run. I did something similar with my setup which you can easily adapt to your own scenario. I bought cheaper versions of your display cases and I bought plexiglass from Home depot. I measured them and cut them to fit. I used screws that can be easily removed to fasten them. I also have a similar system for your lighting but I added a cover to put on front of the shelves that extended slightly below to hide the actual lights. I found that row of bright lights too distracting. Plexiglass is expensive but I am betting that it will be way cheaper than starting over and replacing those nice display cases. One thing I did like about that is the use of magnets, I might adapt that to mine to create a tight seal. The other thing that I found distracting in my case was the different styles of display cases; If or likely when I change everything out for my ultimate display, I would choose one style throughout (which probably means I will end up building them myself).
Thank you for this incredible information on this Moducase product building and it would serve well to store Masterpiece Transformers and 3rd Party Transformers as well. Hopefully, I would buy something like this in the future.
Looking back to when I was old enough to consider myself 'a collector' and not just a guy who still likes to buy toys (I think there's a definite rubicon to cross at that moment) part of me wishes I had grown my display ability with my collection. Now that I'm pushing middle age it's really too late to go back and 'make my dream display' without a massive purge and basically starting over to 'get it right'. I'm glad Bobby has the desire and ability shape his world into the display he wants it to be-I just don't think I have the time or energy left to try something that overwhelming. The cases do look quite nice tho.
That shit is DOPE.! Much Props to Joe for bringing it over to Bubbeh's Casa and assembling and showing us and then probably disassembling it and bring it back home lol. Would've been funny if you had your kids in Hahah.

Haha, Mr. Skullface, you don't owe anybody anything, your kindness is appreciated. Classic lays bro, you can't go wrong with those! I've been looking into these, they are expensive but man they look great when set up and utilized appropriately. The bundle of 2 deal they have going on doesn't look too bad. This looks like the Max 140 case? Seems like a decent deal for $500. Sore-ee is what I hear people from Canada say. Like coach instead of couch, etc.
im just wandering if it is more realstic to build this stuff yourself ? i do alot of work with 20x20 extrusions. and i have a 3d printer only thing i would be missing is the plexiglass but i can get regular glas cut really cheap
So the most pain in the ass part of mine were the little screws on the back. I had 8 cases, lining those up manually drove me crazy. In the end worth it, I do love my set up, but it's deceptively complicated.
Bobby, how long did it take to get the order? I ordered a 10' x 6' x 2' display from them just this past weekend. $2500 shipped over 400lbs. Right now there is a 16 week back log so it is looking like September. If you are looking to order, do it now if you want anything before the end of the year.
It is airtight on the inside. Each unit comes with a cloth for dusting the plexiglass and the frame is aluminum and easy to wipe down. I will invest in a plexiglas cleaning kit for the future.
As silly as this may sound I learned using a Clean/New Makeup brush to dust off my MP does wonders! Only downside is you will have to buy a Makeup brush and get stared at lol. I use that and a microfiber rag and I'm good.
Nice vid, Bobby. Question, these cases are air tight right? I finally saw an IKEA Detolf at a friend’s place, and a ton of dust still manages to enter it. This seems like a better option so far.
The Batman in the shelf. Now it is coming to me , Skully must of named her after Batman's girlfriend Selina Kyle alias Catwoman. So it wasn't Selina y los Dinos as I originally thought.
Hahahaha! The frustration in your voice! Like “man! Now I’ve got to budget these into my collection!”

It belongs in a museum indeed.
6:18 killed me, bigly. Uncle Dolphin looked so excited to try it out.
I thought to myself I wonder if anyone can fit in it then..... Lol

So that wasn't him reenacting a scene from Ocean's Eleven?
They do look mighty fine, and I'm strongly considering them as my final solution.
Thank you for putting this here

A good video for some Friday morning gaming. Very informative, keep it up.
I talked to them and they have great service looking at getting s setup inn near future
"gonna have to give them a call", translation, "I'll take 3!"
"Wow, that looks great! I wonder how much they.......they look great in your home."
I got my 4 cases from the Christmas sale but still waiting for them to arrive.. but good to know its worth the wait. Got on your Moducase game mack
That's awesome. Hell, don't get the plexiglass and it be a perfect photobooth/light box. Lights up top, lights on the sides. =P

01:50 has Bobby ever seen something he won't refer to as an "armature"? 🤣🤣🤣
@Bobby I have two full size 3-tier spotlight cases coming in in about a month. I'll send you some pics or make a video.

This is their standard double wide unit with custom extra height. This ain't even the MAX series bro lol.
@@Cyphus54 Oh nice! Thanks for the info. I'm seriously loving the look of these.

Hey man what’s up good vid what size case is that I ordered the max 140 wanted to kno what size u had let me know

I see these on preorder from BBTS. Did you get them direct from Singapore?
I did, I ordered directly from moducase.

It depends I think. I ordered my set from black Friday sale and got them in april. So 16 weeks sounds right.
Now we just need to see Robert in a detolf.
Might have missed it in video, but what size/series is this case?
Looks like a df 120 have 2 myself
It's a 120 with custom height. I needed extra space for XM statues.

They are airtight. The rubber lining seals the plexiglass to the frame.
On the next episode, Bobby & Joe builds 3 more Moducases.
I got 7 more in addition to this one lol.

It depends. The case shown is not more expensive than that batman or the superion.
