Great video and thanks ! On the review frmVacationRequest only show 2 buttons and say "No item display" and can not connect "Vacation Request" list. Did I do something wrong? Please advise

Hi I am able to create Sharepoint list but I am not able to select a data source. I am not getting data source list to chose one. :(

How do you control access the SharePoint list? Users should only be able to see their own requests, not be able to change them. Supervisors should only be able to have access to their staff. If they can submit the form, it means they have access to the underlying list.
