Totally agree with you! Best solution is to privatize these DISCOs! Took me one year to get my green meter and my bill came after 3 months, which was quite hefty as you said. Paid 10k+ FPA on the 3 month bill on the 4th month despite having negative units!

LESCO DHA do it on purpose. They removed the old meter and installed the green meter at my place. Now they are claiming the old removed meter was tempered and they were charging excessive amount in estimated bills even when I was exporting electricity. They are all thugs! They just want money. I get the feel that they dont want anyone to install solar panels
.this is reality. shame for the department but no officer will discourage this shameful attitude because everyone has a share. the same attitude is in other departments too. and by the way, we Pakistani people are waiting for a person like Hazrat Umar to rule our country. this person is brave and with full courage he highlighted this issue but he has to use the proper word of bribery instead of pa-he-yay(tyres).
I pray to Almighty Allah that may Pakistan become corruption free. This is the only way we will progress otherwise every passing day we are eroding and our economy is going down
I am going to talk about iesco, few people are not courrpt. Most of them are courrpt. They ask you to pay for chai pani, if you dont pay, your work will not be done. Every one knows these problems but no solution. Mostly sdos and xen are courrpt. They dont take money directly but do so by a middle man . The middle man may be HDM or some third clerk who would ask you to pay addtional money to get your work done.
Dear as you have such authentic information and guiding the Citizens of Pakistan, you should file a court case against DESCOs, on the other hand if you don't have courage / Authentic evidence, then you should stop spreading fake news.

But I am yet to get any positive response from your team , the Attitude you are complaining of is the same I am facing with your staff . So it's overall work attitude in country.. Totally disagree. I have very good experience with WAPDA/ IESCO. Name change application was submitted online and worked perfectly. Similarly second meter for first floor of the house was applied online and after some time it was installed. Not a single undue penny was spent. The problem is that we want our application given preference over those who have applied earlier and we don't have patience. So please don't spread negativity.

Yes agar ye log rishwat expect kerte hain tou wo na daine ke 100 tareeke hain per hum aasaa i ke liye de daite hain. Sab kaam ho jate hain, Im 50, but, you must believe that it is ALLAH who does everything. Pls make a vid on ways to avoid bribes as you know well, laine/daine wala jahanumi. But jis qoum mein namazioun ki tadaad aik estimate ke mutabuk 9 percent ya 7 hai, tou phir aise hi chale ga.
