Can this limited subscription be cancelled by the customer or is it an installment plan for a fixed total amount? Let's say the Product costs 1,000$ and this is 100$ per month for 10 months. But are the customers able to pause or quit after 5 months? Then they would effectively only pay 500$ for the full product which they already experienced and used fully by then.
Customers can cancel their subscription. We don't have "Pause" built-in yet. So in that example, they would have paid for 5 months ($500) and then stop. You can refund money if you'd like. But refund and revoking access to your product are two different things. This is also why we recommend keeping your payment plans under 4-5 payments. Our database shows that after the 4th or 5th payment, customers fall off and stop paying. AKA Get that money now not later.
Is there a bi-weekly payment option? Or is it only weekly & monthly? Thanks
Ohhh yeah! Literally any combination you can think of. Bill every 13 days. Bill daily. Bill every 300 days. You decide.
