Thunderpunch charge goes with attack speed, and you are correct bandolier is very good with loader due to it refreshing his abilities, but when he is fighting mithrix its pretty useless due to the refresh only dropping if you get a kill.

Both have the [Heavy] perk so they both scale with speed. I prefer Thunder Gauntlet which made her go from my least favorite character to my favorite. One is probably slightly better but both are good so its mostly preference I feel.

Personal opinion, I'm a bad loader and I prefer charge gauntlet due to the fact I can sit on it while I build up impossible speeds
